You need to take it down a notch. 😉Don't want to practice your anesthesiology skills?

Haha, cardio is important! So you should be doing some along with your weight training. But I agree, it's one hell of a workout on the legs. Which is why I'm at home right now instead of running outside 🙁 I went for a couple weeks without doing any lunges, so I probably should have taken it easy.. probably got a little too anxious to push my conditioning forward after having run like a freakin' gerbil on a flat treadmill indoors all winter...
By the way, do you work out at the Natatorium at UW? The 4th year giving the tour mentioned it, but I never got to walk over and check it out... alas. From the website, the facilities look very comprehensive.. but since UW is a big school, I'm wondering if the place is always packed or whatever. riceman will know what I'm saying when it sucks to try to get a treadmill right after work at Pottruck (at Penn).
But its so much nicer to run outside!!!!we have an indoor track! 🙂

but I guess an indoor track >>> treadmill...although the treadmill is definitely useful as a training tool.
OMG, a deer! Come to backwoods Pennsylvania, you'll see more than deer.

wisconsin has so many deers that they have to hire people to hunt them down, at least the CWD ones.
Cool!Squirrels, raccoons, birds, fawns, bear, porcupines, foxes, possibly cougars, etc, etc.
I will say Pennsylvania is one of the nicer states to drive through, all mountainy and such.
Yes, there are. But I don't live in the midsouthwest of the state.
The town I live outside of is a Superfund site... Thanks New Jersey.
Which is the part of the state I had to drive through every other time I went to an interview.

Did you get any handcrafted bookshelves from them?
No, I was too busy getting the cold shoulder at McDonalds and scattered convenience stores. Interviewer at Pitt even called that part of the state "Pentucky!"😱
The state of Pennsylvania and I just don't have a good history.🙁
Hay guys!
Long time no see 😛
Anyone got exciting plans for spring break??
Hey! I missed you posting here.
On spring break now. Basically just hanging out with friends and relaxing, a rather boring spring break but it will have me recharged for the month long sprint to graduation.
Awww, they closed the trolling thread before I could post this.

Haha, that troll thread is awesome.
Especially if you're going totally blind.
CRB's post was the best one in the closed thread, though. By far.
👍👍
