How much of your food do you prepare yourself? Pretty much any food or drink that you buy has tons of sodium. Even protein bars that are marketed to bodybuilders, and fighters have a lot of sodium in them.No, it really isn't. I don't add salt to anything. If its in there, then so be it, but if it requires salt, unless in baking, I don't add it. I don't eat much processed food either.
You get used to the taste of not adding salt after a while. Now, when people salt things, I can't tolerate it. Once you lose the "condiment" salt, you'll definitely notice when its there.
