I was cutting already, being as I just had a tournament, but then I got a bit excited during the post tourney celebration and during revisits. I will resume as soon as I am feeling 100%. Though I'm going to be training this summer, the focus will not be body building; I will do circuits/pylometric exercises and a lot of grappling.

Looks like I missed some interesting conversations over the weekend. Though I'm proud of myself for the ability to stay away from looking at SDN on my phone while on a "vacation."

Riceman: fail pic = not cool. I leave for four days and its already back to the redhead shenanigans.

Plyometrics is really good for enhancing explosive movements...as you know already.

are you into MMA or wrestling? That's awesome! Is it ever too late to start training?.... b/c that is something I would love to do! The only problem though is I have only had minimal training in boxing!

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!! That's a good sign! Good luck with class. If you want to place more emphasis on your gluts when in third position you can push your back down almost so it feels like you are creating a dip in your back...you will burn
