Good morning everyone. I went for a run/jog this morning. 8.75 miles in about 100 something minutes, which makes it about 12 minutes per mile... or so...

Hey, I know it is slow, but I got really tired after the first 6 miles, which is generally how much I run, and then I ran out of energy, since I was running on an empty stomach, and I got a leg cramp, so I had to take a few breaks, then I had to wait for the walk signs to come up, since I was not running on the track, and I got lost in Brentwood, and I was running on the hills or Westwood and Brentwood, which are A LOT harder than running on the flat track...
