Don't you use gmail? Its spam filter does a great job of filtering out that garbage. I never see that stuff in my inbox.

Man... that really does suck. I would imagine they are very busy this time of the year coming up with packages for the students who are already there, but someone should at least respond..

I'm guessing you're in radiology research right? That's some pretty interesting stuff, I'll need to look into that kind of thing. Are you going to be working in the lab during the school year in addition to the summer?

My roommate went to high school with a guy named shi thead (take out the space, it's intended to be one word but it'll get censored).

One of my Dad's coworkers in central Ohio actually named his son this exact name haha! It was a long time ago, prob 20+ years.

Yeah I've been working at this lab since before school started and will keep doing it. It's pretty awesome research, I'm working with a new algorithm for magnetic resonance angiography.

And I like Lamassu as well, they're neat to see, especially being Assyrian. I have seen the one in Chicago and the Louvre. I just have London left!! And I think there is one in Baghdad....but I have a while before I can go see that one....

I have either newly onset allergies or a nasty cold down here in Florida. My friends wedding was beautiful!!! The bride and groom both cried during the ceremony.

I just got a really nasty comment on my mdappa that I deleted. I hate people who judge you wthput knowing what you hadto do to accomplish everything you have. If the f*cker knew my full life story I can guarantee they'd change their mind.

I'm confused, what would be the basis of that nasty comment? I don't see anything on your mdapps that one would take offense with. Heck, you aren't even an URM! 😕

BTW, huge congrats on the scholarship to NYU! That definitely should make things easier.
 
BTW, anyone see the Heroes season finale today? I was going WTF the entire time.. it was the first episode where I was like holy ****, where is this show going?! Too bad it doesn't redeem the general crappiness of the entire season, but maybe the direction of the show will be better.
