Class of 2013!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Even though I rarely post in this thread, I thought it was the appropriate place to make a big deal out of my 300th post. 😀

my camera charger arrived today! yay!

one of my coworkers had a wreck on his way home from work... 🙁 He's okay, but the car is not. Probably totaled. And it was his mom's car. And she passed away the weekend after thanksgiving

LOL watching house and "She's the one that got me hooked with Madoff"

hahahha

thank you for letting me play, fellow 2013ers. enjoy your evenings! 🙂

I havent drank since saturday night...so guess what tonight is?😀

I did some practice interviews with premeds today... it was fun haha

How are everyone's grades looking at the end of your final semester/term? Its getting hard to keep them up..for me at least.
I've got mostly B's, which is funny because any other semester in college I would be pulling my hair out right now and sleeping in the library 🙄

I'm only taking one grad class, so it doesn't really count... but I have a 100-105 in the class pre-final.

I've got an A in 2 classes, and either an A or A- in another. The fourth class I'm finishing up tommorow and hoping for a B.

I was pretty hard on them, busted out some ethics questions, but hey, they need to be prepared for the real thing!

I have one probable C, which would normally piss me off to no end.

But I don't care! I have just enough to keep magna cum laude.

June, ick. I'm glad my stuff came in fairly early... but I can't believe I'm about to sign myself right into so much debt. ha
Without financial details, it makes my decision of where to end up even more annoying. If I had a better idea of the $ involved, my discussion with my family trying to decide where to go would go a lot better.

I got ethics questions about about 40% of the schools I interviewed at... and health policy questions at like 2/3!
I got asked health policy at maybe half, and ethics at only Albany. (Maybe one more, but I can't remember anyone else specifically)

Oh, and about half of them asked me about the one and only C on my transcript.

That's weird, I didn't have a single school ask about my grades at all at any of the 22 schools I interviewed at... kinda strange I guess.

The question was usually something along the lines of

"I was looking at your transcript, and all of your grades look outstanding. Except for Anatomy. Can you tell me what happened in that class?"

I mean, almost word for word identical to that in 7 or 8 interviews.
