If you ever feel like checking out the NICU at Christiana, my mom is an NNP there and lovessss it. I basically grew up there because I went to work with her so much.

For the most part I don't see why asking Cornell to work with you on this financial aid. Furthermore, as someone mentioned before, as long as you're not citing specific schools from which you don't have accurate information from yet. In terms of what to actually say to Cornell, I think the key is sincerity. I believe that for the most part financial aid offices have an astute sense of when they are being taken for a ride. So just approach it with sincerity and I believe you'll make some head way.

Oh, you know, trying to soak up the soCal sunshine like a sponge before I move back home 😳. And finish finals. which is becoming very difficult post-acceptance/end of senior year/will pass no matter what/fml. hows brunch time?

I could use a little of that SoCal sun. I am somewhat happy that my acceptance came after I was finished with school; I didn't have to deal with the temptation of not caring in the least. Brunch time is going well in the Midwest; definitely looking forward to lunch time though.

*sigh* probably not...

I'm a big NBA fan, but watching the playoffs is kinda hard cuz then I remember the Spurs aren't playing anymore 🙁 For example, I could only bring myself to watch game 6 of the Finals last year. Usually when the Spurs' season is over, so is my basketball watching.
