Wait... for one of my schools, I did not get a response back, when I withdrew using email. Should I call them up also... I am starting to get paranoid now...

I called an confirmed one of mine aftering emailing them w/o a response. They told me they had received my email. Nevertheless, it calmed my dread; so if for nothing other than self-assurance, it may be a good idea to call.

Note: Grammar police: I understand the poor sentence structure, but too busy to care at this moment in time.

I called them just to make sure... so apparently they did withdraw me. I felt bad, but hey, its their fault for not giving me any money:meanie:

Hopefully that rain will be short lived. Busy day of work today; I'm currently trying to track down three people to find out what happened to CR surgery's process. It is totally messed, looks like it's going to be a damage control day for me followed by a berating of whoever it was who didn't do their job.

It is definitely better to watch baseball live. I still hold out hope that I will get to attend a Mets World Series game in my lifetime 🙂

Just read 2 PS. Why do they seem like they're getting worse in quality?
 
I definitely opted NOT to read PS because I knew it would just turn into a big grammatical and contextual headache for me. Though it would've helped pass my days at work. Oh well.

Yeah, I just put myself on the Temporarily Unavailable list. I don't want to feel miserable and obligated reading these things (probably biases my opinion as seen in the above post :laugh:)

I actually feel bad you are going to have such a short break...that's always the downside of going from a quarter system to semester system.

Get ready to enjoy the heat, the crickets, the kady dids (or whatever those loud bugs are called), the snakes, the big hair, the oil $, the COWBOYS (you may not like football...but Texans...not the team...will be in your face about why the COWBOYS are America's Team), the hail, the rain (yeah when it rains in Texas IT RAINS...not that sprinkly crap we get in Cali), the thunder, the lightning, the cattle (mooooooooooooooo :laugh:), the ranches, the BBQ (yummm), the state pride (like no other place I've been), the Texas State Fair, the pickup trucks w/ at least one rifle, the country twang, oh and droves of Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh supporters

oh and be sure to learn the Texas State Song and Texas history so you are not treated like an outcast...LOL

In other news, the lawsuit against Unnamed Hospital is going forward for my friend's dad's wrongful death. 10 weeks later, they still haven't turned over all of the medical records. The attorney is going to get them now. :laugh:

HIPAA gives you 30 days from the day of death. Just so we all, as future doctors, are aware.

I think it would depend on which interstate he takes.. I-70 and I-80 seem like they'd be pretty scenic, but I don't know about going through the south through I-40.

I went to Elementary school in Texas, so I only know about Texas State History... I know very little about CA state history😳
 
I gave up on fishing at like age 12. So boring. Although, I'd probably pick it back up in my now "old age."

I just went out in the kitchen to grab some water. Mom was cutting onions. Holy crap are my eyes watering. :cry:
