Ugh, I just came back from 6 hours in the carrels in preparation for our quiz tomorrow. I'll probably end up going back in an hour or so after my brain recovers 😛
 
1 test down, twenty something more to go, and that is just for this year...

And by those people I mean Californians with a superiority complex about where they live. It is a common psychological disorder.

Wow. I have zero attention span for studying. Trying to get myself to sit still and study the heart but I keep losing focus and wanting to do something else, or just wanting to take a nap.
 
I've actually had a productive evening so far (and that never happens). The looming test seems to be disrupting my normal lackadaisical state.
 
I'm beginning to realize how much I miss undergrad... or at least the workload. Back then, expectations were clear (i.e. what to read, when the tests are, etc.) and I did nothing; now I don't have a clue what to read or do on a given day and even if I wanted to, I couldn't cover all of the pertinent material lol

Yeah, those were the days. Study a short list of stuff the night before and pwning the exam.😍

Is it sad that I live for the weekend, just so I am not terribly behind?

Oh and my roommate told me I should change my study habits, because med school is not like undergrad, and apparently I do need to memorize every single nit-picky detail🙁

I am gonna try to make notecards for this test... Thank God we have pass fail for the first semester, so that we can figure out our study habits, without stressing too much.
