It is so hard to focus right now. I have about a week and a half now till "finals" start (next Friday) but my niece was just born on Monday (first niece/nephew!) and I need to do my Christmas shopping (flying home day after finals so I can't wait till after) and I just simply don't want to study right now. 🙁

Maybe I'll start today... Mr. Quirks was here for a week (left Sunday) and a friend came in on Saturday and just left this morning, so maybe I'll be much less distracted now.

on the other hand I just realized today that next semester I am going to breeze through my 1 PE and 1 Sculpture final.
and then back to ridic studying for med school 🙂

Oh I am going to enjoy it. I am getting a kitten in may (I've wanted one for 10 years now and since I am a responsible member of society...I couldn't just steal it lol). I really want to do something cool abroad like in Nigeria but that could be difficult to work out. Next 7 months are going to be "decompress and do ridiculously fun stuff" time. Just need to get to Dec 15th.
 
med school..... one test yesterday, 3 today, 3 monday.

gross final on monday and natl board wednesday. Its almost over!!! 🙂🙂

HUGE party wednesday night. its gonna be a-maz-ing.
 
We don't wear lab coats actually, and since I'd like to keep my scrubs I probably would only burn my much-abused copy of Grant's dissector...

On the other hand, anatomy doesnt end until March so I'll have to wait a while.

Yesterday's tests were ridiculously hard... thank god I needed in the 30's to pass.. hahaha.

I may have passed the practical..

Boards tomorrow. Anyone taken it yet?
 
We are getting buried in snow right now. I've never seen it snow like this in my life. I am from the pacific northwest so that isn't saying a whole lot..but still 😀

It's coming down pretty hard here to and the news says it's going to continue til' 3amish and then switch to freezing rain. Sounds like a recipe for awesome when I drive to (my required) class at 7:30 tommorow.🙁

I'm sure you get this question a lot but..... is guyton's name plastered all around the school? Like arthur guyton wallpaper, his own lecture hall, etc.?
