after college, i dont think i've really ever pregamed like I used to
 
I usually don't watch much basketball unless there's nothing else on.

Sometimes I'll watch the Hornets if Paul if playing. I saw them play Shaq and the Suns last season at the arena, it was pretty awesome.

Yeah, I usually buy a case of whatever I'm feeling and down a few before heading out. I think most of my expenses are in buying large group drinks (like fish bowls at 18 dollars a ****ing pop) and shots for da' ladies.
 
yea im totally againt buying girls drinks. my guy friends and i do take turns buying rounds, so that gets expensive. we usually do soco lime or patron and the occasional car bomb. i prefer the latter two, so you see it gets expensive.

most of my friends are spread out nowso it takes us time to get to places. so we usually just meet up at a bar/club at 10-11 PM, so no time to pregame (esp if i want to hit the gym before I go out)
 
Alright, let me get some opinions of what happened to me on st. pattys day and tell me what you would have done.

So, I'm at a ****ty bar playing some pool with a friend. This moderately attractive blonde walks up to me and asks if she and her date can play doubles with us. My friend and I say sure. So, we start playing and it seems like this is their first date. She is trying to get her date to talk and he is being weird, making fun of her, just being a douche. So she starts to hit on me and I do the same to her.

I then got nervous and pretty much shut any of that down... Should I have kept it up and tried to get her number? I was really debating it but didn't want to make her date look like total crap....

My problem is the beers I buy. I just wish I could be like everyone else and drink the crappy stuff, because it's cheap.

I had a beer today while waiting to be seated at lunch and it was $7.50 😱. It was good, but I didn't know it would cost that much.
 
nah you took the high road player. i think i would have done the same but other people would have played it differently.

i dont know the whole situation though. maybe you'll run into her again

If her date was being a douche, then he deserved it. You should have gone ahead with it.

🙁 OU didn't win and I had them going to the sweet sixteen (I didn't take my bracket very seriously, it's like playing poker for no money).

On a side note, I've had an awesome day today.
 
It throws off my groove when people on SDN use different fonts and colors in their posts.

blobby bob- I had to look up who Kronk is since it's been a while since I've seen the movie. Did you know they have Kronk's New Groove? What is up with that?

I'm falling asleep at my comp even after taking a 2 hr nap earlier today. Nighty night everyone! 😴

oakland- Jellyfish look all soft and blobby-like and innocent, but they can sneak attack you at any moment. Does this remind you of someone we know? 😏 (Edit: I guess you do know already, lol!)

(Since I'm leaving now and can't defend myself, this is in reference to blobby bob and him showing up randomly on this thread. Sorry the blob-mocking must be cut short tonight.)

I wish the lake I live on had a more dense fish population. Bass & Pike are cool, but I wanna catch some f**ken halibut, or just like a fish that weighs more than me.

please, a blobfish wouldn't hurt a fly (or the equivalent sea creature). mostly because it can't. seriously, i think it's feeding strategy is to sit and wait for food to swim by it
