feeling like I am on a rollercoaster...monday was absolutely atrocious...or so I thought, today I discovered that the synthesis I thought had failed on Monday, didn't. 100% yield. Bam! Not bad for someone who works in a lab where there are no organic chemists. 🙂
In personal life-my little is awesome, we hung out yesterday and I am pretty sure I freaked him out with my weirdness hahahahaha

bah, me too...I've been fighting the urge to quit early for like a month. But need the dinero...so 🙁

there aren't even words. :lame:

buuuut i'm not paying enough attention to that league bc in my dad's side of the family, fantasy baseball and football are serious business. we have trophies that we engrave with each year's winner and pass from house to house. so i'm busy obsessing over that action. i've got better pitchers on that team anyway :meanie:

yea..I feel like my mind is developing holes from disuse lol although I am having tons of fun in my sculpture class. Hopefully will have some pictures of my current project tomorrow.

i dont know if I would be a hardcore marlins fan but that team is pretty fun to watch too. They always have great young talent


Hanley is gonna be gone though, they can't afford to keep him. From what I hearr, the games are mad cheap to go to, so I'll def hit up the stadium when Phillies are in town

naw that was my senior year of high school; i was in MA

i did live in NYC when the sox beat the yanks (and the cards... but who cares) and that was TERRIBLE. i swear there are more sox fans at columbia alone than in the town i grew up in. it was so sad-- my first year in NYC and no one to commiserate with, only obnoxious, hairy gang of idiot people.
 
i'm getting killed by allergies. so i'm wondering, if allergies are so debilitating, why hasn't evolution taken care of it already?

dingy...thank your lucky stars you do not live in Georgia...I don't have allergies, thank god, because when I walk out in the morning and everything that was normal color the night before, is now completely yellow...I sense would be a moment of panic for any allergy ridden person.

lol. might as well be. nah, mostly i'm just pretty shy so i really only make friends with the people right in front of my face. and those were all girls, 'cause i studied chem and dance and took virtually zero classes on columb's campus. 'nard all the way!

i mean, if you don't want it to be estrogen deluge, it's not. i just never made the effort... i had my HS boyfriend through half of college and was too scarred from the breakup to look for another relationship 'til after graduation :laugh: and as far as friends... never bothered me that mine were 99% girls. those who were bothered obviously integrated themselves into the university community more than i did and solved the problem.

I guess it is not as dramatic as it may seem from the outside. I lived next door to boys since freshman year...kind of used to an even mix 🙂

throat, nose, even some itchiness inside the ears and i can't scratch the ****ing thing. zyrtec takes care of most, except the nose, which is still really annoying.

any literature you can suggest? can't find much reliable info. i mean, the first page that came up claims allergy is the same as cancer and is caused by paranormal waves....

man, you should see my car. it's a white car, but you'd think it's yellow :laugh: btw, sometimes allergies develop may develop at a random time, i had none until junior year in high school, so you're not in the clear yet :meanie:

in my experience with relationships to this point it's not worth getting really worked up about. the combination of being young, busy, and in stage of life that isn't exactly certain doesn't allow for guarantees in the world of relationships. yeah, it'll sting now, but you'll fine before you know it.

i know i don't know the situation really, but you'll be fine.
