I did! A girl freshman year tried to punch me and all I did was block her hand... and I bruised the inside of her forearm 🙁 So now I just let them connect

Trick is to exhale really quickly as / right before punch connects. Makes sure the wind isn't knocked out of you. But yea... it still hurts!!

Don't get any ideas ksmi :laugh:

today, sentinel basically asked me to kick him in the you-know-where. he said he's all for women breaking the touch barrier in any way they see fit. best moment of my day.

i was taking some creative writing liberties, channeling my inner sue sylvester since we were on the glee talk.

EDIT: but yes, this is a good moment of my day. 🙂

yeah i watched! i personally like the character stories more than the singing. in fact, i usually switch tabs to check email any time rachel opens her mouth with that broadway-esqe sparkle in her eye... i literally cannot watch her prance around in her super-de-duper affected manner.

but i LOVE sue sylvester. it is always awkward when she sings, but she steals every scene she's in when she's making fun of people. especially will and his hair :laugh:

haha, yes, it usually signals some major notes coming. for me it depends on the song. although new guy on the show jessie st. james. *swoon*

i love the dialogue w/ sue. when they did the madonna montage, though, i literally had to get up and walk away. i felt awkward for her!

Accept the spot first, once you've become an acceptee, there is no difference between whether you're accepted from a waitlist or not. Then as for deferment. Deferments are hard to get, so you have to have a really, really good reason for it. And yes, in general, declining an acceptance will hurt you the next time you apply. You'll have a lot of explaining to do. Hope that helped 😀

you know what it deserves...i won't post it but you all know.

i mean, jane lynch is a legendary comedienne. i guess the silliness is what makes it memorable. some humor is just awkward, like the office. i just hope that is what the writers were going for.

See I didn't think the Madonna one was that awkward, so seeing how awkward this one was made me think they just failed. But maybe that's what they are going for.

I also don't really get the relationship with her sister (?) I mean I get that we're showing that she has a heart too, but it just comes off as somewhat sarcastic there too. She always promises to be better, but then is a douche again. Idk. I'm not a fan of the Sue situation because I just don't follow. But I guess the whole show is hard to follow.
 
so last night i saw a friend from high school i havnt seen in a while kinda randomly. We started talking and she asked about what i was doing etc etc. Told her med school and we talked about some things and somehow we ended up at specialities and what not. Later she says..."so isnt scientology the study of cancer?" I thought she was just screwing around then shes like you know "cyantology" she spelled it out for me then after finding out she was serious i started to 🤣🤣:roflcopter::roflcopter:. I thought it was just an epic quote ahha...later i explained i think she was thinking about oncology....
