being the add that i am, i skipped straight to the end and read the "its a period, not a splinter" part, and i thought boy, this sounds like an intereating case!

haha ya-he has aspergers and adhd though, so i can't really blame him for not understanding how to act in certain situations and getting more upset than most 7yo's would.
 
PG is on other high profile indexes (namely S&P100 and 500). Big spikes down trigger auto-selling. People/institutions invested in other areas see the big indexes headed down (especially since times are volatile right now with the europe situation) and they panic sell triggering more auto selling.
 
i asked my PI to look through my LOI to give me a final okay and she went in and condensed everything and now it doesnt make any sense 🙁🙁

Not to say that I am in any way more qualified than your PI, but I'd be happy to read over your LOI if you want. My only qualification is that I've written 5 so far this year and have a general idea of how much is too much and how strong is too strong. PM if interested. Is it a letter of interest or intent?

Yeah man, no problem. I can get it back to you tonight possibly. Mine were mostly letters of intent. 4 have been to University of Chicago, and 1 was to UPitt before I got an unexpected late interview at Pritzker. So now I'm pretty much writing 1 every 2-3 weeks. One letter was pre-interview at Pritzker because I was on the interview "hold" list and managed to get myself to be one of the 5-10 people interviewed off the hold list. Happiest day, ever. :laugh:

I hope to be involved with admissions as a med student, so that sucks. I only edited 5 and they were very similar. Just varying degrees of grammar and cheesy cliches.

As a fan of diagrams, economics, and visualization of data, I just about fell in love.


EDIT: Look at Spain, 20% unemployment. Think about that. 1 out of every 5 looking for jobs can't find one. That doesn't even count underemployed. Absolutely insane. Not to mention you have absolutely ridiculous unemployment benefits in Europe (so I assume Spain as well) so now they have a ton of underproduction AND debt to pay all those benefits. 👎 ouch...
