That was my mom's reasoning for buying it for me. Shreveport I think I can handle. NOLA, I've been to probably less than people who live out of state. It's got all those one way roads, and to be fair, I have a horrid sense of direction. But my parents just like gadgets. My dad got all pouty when I didn't take it with me to find the General tonight. So ridiculous.

There are FAR more attractive people in the world... I am not into the whole 'look at me I am attractive' nonsense. Not only that, but they have no real contribution to the game, especially at the professional level, other than to be eye candy for the perv in the 45th row. I watch football for football, to me they are just an annoyance.

i want to get my list down to about 20 schools, but i dont know which ones to take off. also part of me thinks i should just bite the bullet and go with all 24 that are on there now.

any advicee?

U of I has a high COA for OOS.
I took Wake off of my list, and I think you and I have similar stats.

Ok besides the fact that I'm a girl, and I hate when guys talk about how hot a collective group of girls is (because face it at least one is gonna be ugly), the NFL cheerleaders bother me because they aren't the best dancers but they get more credit than college dance teams. I've heard of many a Saintsation that could not make either of LSU's dance lines. I'll admit that some of the girls are pretty but I'm genuinely unimpressed by their choreography. I could probably do most of it, and I am not a dancer by any stretch.

Rush takes a decent number of OOS and they are a private school. 26% of their incoming class is OOS. They do however have probably one of the worst secondaries in the world next to duke maybe. Looking at the 2ndary makes me want to take it off my list lol. Schools that have like 8 prompts are evil-_-

I still need to go over my PS and everything once more. Then I'll stop... maybe. I just want it all to be perfect.

Alright I suppose. This month-long wait is going to be agonizing. The test was pretty much as expected. 2 orgo passages in BS, 1 optics passage in PS that I'm sure I did poorly on, but the rest was straightforward. VR wasn't bad at all, just boring. Thanks for asking

In those secondary essays when they say optional is it really "optional." Or is it more optional in the sense that sure you can not do it, but good luck getting in cause we are going to feel you dont care about our school by not doing it. Some I think its very easy to see like when they say "tell us why you want to come to X school" But list it as optional. I think its obvious taht one is certainly not optional. But for the ones that just say "do you have anything else to add." Im not so sure. I mean between the PS/disadvantaged essay/work experiences essays I think ive damn near said everything about me there is. Do i really need to say more for something only "optional"😕

I wrote a secondary that talked about my personal characteristics and how that would help me as a physician. I believe that was a prompt for the VCU secondary. I just recycled that essay for the optional ones, because it is fitting... I think...
