i had always wondered what happens when they run out of space to engrave winners on the stanley cup.

apparently they just replace the rings and then the old rings go to the hall of fame.

I think it's technically WUSM and that's what's in the student's email addresses, but the website is like wums.wustl.edu. So I don't think there is a consensus. I like WUMS better though, maybe. WUSM is growing on me.

in my case; I'm still not sure if it's a good thing or a scary thing. Why is it that even when a really really good thing gets real it's still scary?

hm, do you think the flurry of waitlist acceptances on/around may 15th makes it a happier day on SDN than october 15th?
 
doubt it, oct 15's acceptances are more concentrated to one day or two.
 
but i feel like in general, people are happier with the acceptances they get on may 15th

may 15th because a lot of people will get in that have 0 acceptances and people like me and diva will hopefully be getting into our number one choices! 🙂. Oct 15th is kinda anti-climactic, everyone who gets in on those days usually ends up with multiple acceptances and/or places at top tier schools. If you had like 5 interviews before oct, i dont think you would be stressing as much as the dude on 5 WL with zero acceptances on may 🙂
 
1) congrats on the monies ksmi! it all worked out in the end

2) did anyone watch glee this week? i was almost crying at the end, very moving

then again, i cried during finding nemo when nemo's dad thought he was dead... so my threshold for crying over fictional situations is pretty low
