No white coats for me😀.
None of the providers in any at my hospital, in any unit, wear a white coat. They all wear dress shirt/pants. no tie. but then again, I work for the government and we have no dress code. So yes, TMR, there are radiologists who wear scrubs and a t-shirt. And you should see what people bust out on casual fridays (wife beater ftw, lol).

and all white coats are useless. like any baggy clothing that hangs or touches everything you pass, it carries germs. bleh.

I'd take scrubs any day. sooooo comfy. and takes little effort to coordinate outfits day in and day out.

Whew. I've decided that protein shakes were invented to make people stop eating. I lose all appetite after drinking mine because it just tastes that bad.

=( what kind are you having

I'm just not a fan of powder drink mix stuff anyway. I'm exaggerating, because they do fill me up decreasing my appetite, as well. They just aren't the yummiest thing around. I've realized that if I don't let myself have any more water until I drink my protein after a workout, it's much easier to do.

Just drink skim chocolate milk. It's cheaper than nasty protein powder and does the same job.

ya. weight loss is simple. more calories being burned and less calories being consumed. and if you're simply trying to "tone", then you don't really need a bunch of extra protein either. 40-60 minutes of cardio and a few simple free weight exercises or circuit machines is sufficient.

but Im just pre med. what do I know. <doing the infamous drizz shurg>

every time someone says that i say they've missed the boat, and then every single time gold goes on some nonsensical 30% rampage

i would go mutual funds

emerging markets since you can afford the risk (balanced with a good amount of small or large growth)

Gold is risky business IMO. Very limited utility + volatile track record + it's become the cool thing to invest in:scared:.

i agree, any commodity is pretty volatile, so unless you are on your computer or checking the market consistently, i would really stay away from it

gold hasn't let me down yet. but its only been like 10 years in the making for me.. definitely diversify. 👍

it'll tank once the regulators have their way with them... then ripe for picking up..

It's factored in, they've already lost over 40 billion in market cap. Plus as tough as regulators talk, there are problems with trying to retroactively regulate, as well as risk of blowing small companies out of the gulf with higher liability caps.

how have you mod people stopped bennyblanco and his iterations from coming back? haven't seen him lately :ninja:

i don't mean regulation changes, more the fail-to-maintain-standards lawsuits sure to follow
