Haha I am glad you understand! Not sure when I'm moving just yet. I was thinking about it earlier today, and if I can help it, I would like to move sometime in July so that I can be situated by the start of school. However, I won't be apartment searching until June.
When do you plan on moving?
That sounds like a good plan.
How is the apartment market in Miami? Hopefully it's pretty good, because it sucks to be forced to make a decision in like 2 days.
I just did a pricing. The cheapest I would pay per month is $90. 😱 I would also have to pay the $200 for the iphone and an activation fee.
I think I prefer digital cable with DVR over an iphone right now.

What did you eat during this ordeal?
My daily thing was generally like a bit of a coffee and an apple if I felt like it. Well, I had to eat the pie in the scene, and then there was a scene eating chicken as well. But I tried not to swallow. Because it's amazing how you can literally just have a couple of bites of something and your face will expand again if you're really at that low point. To keep that really sunken look, you've got to be eating practically nothing..
I'm about to go for a long run... In the 90 degree weather... This should be fun...
I'll be back later!

i get an alumni discount through stanford, so i'd only pay $68 per month if i got an iphone.
i'm going to wait for the 4g and get one after i'm done traveling this summer

Does every med student think they know more than every single person beneath them in the process?
1st years think they are infinitely more wise than premeds about to matriculate, 2nd years think they know so much more about life than the measly 1st years who haven't began the "real" studying yet, etc...
Seems like a pissing contest to me.
god you are such a noob
😆
yea it really is a pissing contest. That's why I stick to the 2014 thread and the Penn 2010 thread. That's it 🙂 Well maybe I should go stick my head in the 2011 penn thread. But yea I just hide in these little holes and everything is fine and dandy 👍
welcome to our lives for the next 10 years or so? lol. I dont even worry about it. I think its the type of people this profession would attract. I do hate that though. Every M1 is like OMG YOU PRE MED NOOB. So i guess based on sdn all of us in about 2 months when we are M1s we are going to somehow obtain some profound wisdom as soon as we walk in the door🙄.Does every med student think they know more than every single person beneath them in the process?

Reading some of the comments in the "I love medical school" thread just kinda made me think this recurring thought again.
In a couple of days, Sammich will be infinitely more wise than the rest of us 2014ers when she starts. We won't even be able to talk to her any more.

Brush teeth to 'prevent' heart disease
Poor oral hygiene is associated with higher levels of risk of cardiovascular disease and low grade inflammation, though the causal nature of the association is yet to be determined.

Yeah, June 1st. But it looks like they were nice and turned it on for the weekend.🙂
There is a certain time when the AC goes on? If mine didn't come on until this weekend, I would already be dead.![]()
Medicine seems to attract/create people who love hierarchies. One of its negatives imo.Does every med student think they know more than every single person beneath them in the process?

Yup. If the nonmessy countries were smart they would never have gotten in bead with (read:the euro) all the idiots surrounding them, now it's the entire continent's mess. Euro= possibly the most ill conceived idea of our time.europe is a mess, we should just get rid of them
losers.
