I've just been so busy lately. I drove close to 3,000 miles over the past two weeks. It's ridiculous.

My roommate and I found the perfect place, but someone would have taken it the next day so we had to act very quickly. I was trying to move out in July, but we found a great place and everything was being picked up really quick around here.

So on different note, have you ever heard of/tried the cardio machine called "Jacob's Ladder"? It's insane. I tried it for the first time ever tonight. I could only do it for 5 minutes, and I felt like I was about to die haha! But now I can't go to sleep because I'm so wired.

That sounds interesting. I may have heard about it. I do hate when you can't go to sleep even though you need to.

Luckily, I can sleep late for a while. Friend's bachelor party is tomorrow night, but I have a strong feeling it's going to be lame.

Oooo bachelor party! Why do you think it's going to be lame though? Do bachelor parties ever really live up to the stereotypical bachelor party expectation?
 
In other news, I might not be able to get my job back this summer at the movie theater that I have worked at (on/off) for almost 5 years. :wtf:

I'll see what happens, but maybe I can work at the other one that is bigger and hires more often. Worst case scenario, I can go and beg the oil lab I used to work at to hire me again for 3 days/week for 8 weeks.

Because the guy is pretty lame now. All he wants to do is go to the casino it seems. I can't stand that. It's an okay way to start it off, but if he's there playing cards for more than an hour I will bring some other people, hit up Bourbon and leave his ass behind.

That's too bad. I bet working at a movie theater during the summer is the best. You get to see all the big summer movie blockbusters. Oooo aaand you would get to see Eclipse for free!!! Haha you have to get that job back!!

No they don't (unfortunately). Although, for a bachelor party coming up, we are taking the guy sky diving to show him there are scarier things than getting married. That's going to be awesome.

Ugh. I was out at a sports bar watching the game. That sucked 😡

Incidentally, the bar was having some modeling competition thing tonight (winner got to go onto the state level to become "Ms. Texas Darque Tan" or something equally pointless). One of the "girls" had SIX kids 😱 They were also READING OUT ALL OF THE GIRLS' MEASUREMENTS.

Classy.

I'm a straight guy. So definitely not a twilight fan 🙂 I know the series caters to women... but c'mon! :laugh: Well, I guess the male actors do look good so I can kinda understand that.

Sky diving's supposed to happen in mid june 👍 Looking forward to it. Hopefully the bachelor won't chicken out.

Even for med school - I am definitely using a tablet (well, maybe not for Anatomy for obvious reasons :laugh:). But I'm going to have to upgrade this tablet before med school. Putting Kubel in the field allowed Thome to DH. Sure, Kubel doesn't have the speed of the new and improved Young, but he's alright and a fan favorite. And Thome did manage to walk and get an RBI tonight.

In new photos posted on ThisIs50.com, the rapper is virtually unrecognizable after dropping over 50lbs. for his upcoming role as a promising college player who's diagnosed with cancer in the film Things Fall Apart.
The site says 50 went from 214lbs. down to 160lbs. by sticking to a liquid diet and enduring three-hour exercise sessions each day for more than two months.
"I was starving," he said of the super slim down. However, now back on tour with G-Unit, "I've been eating. I'll be back in shape in no time!"


50's also had many of his trademark tattoos removed to further his movie career, recently saying, "It cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend in makeup covering them up."
The New York native actually cowrote the screenplay for Things Fall Apart, which is directed by Mario Van Peebles and filmed in Michigan earlier this year. It will hit theaters in 2011.
He has several other movie roles in the works from the drama Twelve with Kiefer Sutherland and Chace Crawford to the crime flick Caught in the Crossfire with Chris Klein.

LOL, and his acting still sucks

but just goes to show you, if you are diligent and maintain a strict lifestyle (which he seemed to have been doing for a while now), you can do some crazy ****. 50 lbs in 9 weeks. thats 6 pounds a week (way unhealthy)

he made a lot of money from investing in vitamin water and cashing out. i would have just sat at home and managed my money rather than go christian bale in the machinist
