so who wants to bet that i got a parking ticket for going over the 2 hour free parking limit (a spot that took me 30 min to find, 2 hours goes by really fast even if you aren't having fun)

wow i did not get ticketed, thats pretty sick.

for those that are considering philly (penn), you should watch the show parking wars. we are pretty brutal with fines

at some parts of the city, meters (which we are trying to get rid of) can charge 25 cents to park for 7 min

And yes, the PPA is the absolute worst! I know I had to rack up at least a G in parking tickets for the 12months I lived in Philly. And then heaven forbid you forget to pay in 15days, they jack the price up. Thought I could escape them, then they came at me with threats of legal action and Tha Boot! I don't miss Philly that much...

Nice. I've come across some fantastic Youtube clips of little white girls de Paris doing the pop and lock dance-off stuff. I was amazed at how popular the hip-hop culture is in Paris.
