I had to get different earphones because of that. Whenever I would run, the cord would yanks the old iPod earphones out of my ears.

Have any of you had your earphones shock you while you work out? It is such an unpleasant feeling! It's happened a good 5 times to me.
 
Its happened to me once. Scared the **** out of me too.

seriously?! thats so random i can too!🙂 i had an exchange student from there stay with me for a year and spent a month there. its definitely a hard language to learn though i only know the basics-how/whyd you learn??


im currently at a concert (in intermission)! sugarland and keith urban so amazing!!!

As a side fact, the lead singer of Sugarland is from Georgia, and she sang in a talent ensemble I was also a member of (but she was before my time).

what didnt you like about OSU. I understand that the schools are all pretty good. Ppl in the school specific thread are all over the school though

New curriculum, new classroom set up. New is good, but brand new scares me a bit.
 
i wonder how you'll like Hopkins.

i have a couple of friends in that school and its pretty big on asthma research (in partner with NIH) but it turned me off during undergrad. let me know if the medical campus is closed off from the city or a more embracing one.

I just couldn't enjoy the undergrad because it seemed like it was shielded off from Baltimore and seemed a bit elitist. I know the city is dangerous, but its okay for an undergrad to get robbed once in a while. Builds character (thats why I went to a campusless school).

However, Hopkins med from what I hear runs and employs most of the city. That's pretty cool to go to a school thats so involved with the city.

I, for one, am really liking my systems-based curriculum now that we're actually getting into it. But I could understand being wary if you're going to be their test subjects for working the kinks out of their version =/

I don't know. I just don't think I fit with it and vice versa. It really is a great school, I just had that feeling of it wasn't me. You know that feeling where you just can't describe why you don't completely like something? Everything was great, though. I'd be luck to be a student there. Something about Columbus just didn't strike me well.
