We actually had a discussion about this at dinner... random nurses, nursing students and med students working at strip clubs.... interesting phenomenon.

Wow, you're pretty picky about employment. If little things like being 4 hours away and not actually getting paid in cash are dealbreakers, no wonder you're having trouble finding a job 👎

I was even going to give you Christmas and New Year's off to drink (with the booze you brought me, of course).

Odd interview day. 2 blind interviews and the first convinced himself that I had bad grades, but never really gave me a chance to tell him that's not true. And then a open-file meeting (that was not supposed to be an interview) with the dean where he decided that I was completely uncreative but that I'd be the smartest girl student there. He also said "I can't make promises, but you don't get in this week I'll jump off a... um... porch" :wtf:

ONE MORE INTERVIEW and i'm done traveling (for the foreseeable future). oh man i'm so excited. for the next 2 weeks, i'm not making another drive longer than 15 min.

Ditto. Now that I got the job situation settled for the next few months, I could use some more interviews to keep me occupied and on my toes...
 
It's okay blue... hang in there. They're obviously not done. I think more spots should start opening up now too as people cancel interviews and withdraw apps.

I'm right there with ya.

yea, i got one 1.5 weeks ago after the school had "passed over" my completion date according to its School Specific thread. there is still time. i haven't done this process before, but i would say you still have about a month. (schools stop interviewing around mid-Jan correct? so you figure you can receive and invite and schedule in about early Dec.)
