Now that I've made it to Oregon, I'm off to bed.

😱 I remember oregon trail! This was my screen every other minute: you shot 1000 lbs of meat but were only able to carry 5 lbs with you

the most glorious moment was when i was playing oregon trail II and this message appeared:

a stampede of buffaloes are up ahead. what would you like to do?
1) continue like normal through the stampede
2) wait for conditions to improve
3) GO HUNTING 😀😀😀
4) get advice

Reason: I'm taking O-Chem I & II this Summer and the MCAT in the Fall. I assume there's no realistic way I could try applying to med schools this cycle, even if I took the MCAT ASAP after finishing O-Chem.

You could technically still do it but you are going to be so incredibly late that its probably not worth it, unless money is no option and your parents are rich.

Oh man, I just got a big weight off my back by finally submitting my Pre-Med Review Committee packet today. Now my PS can chill for a while until I bring it up again before the big June 2nd. The committee thing just had me do a whole lot of things I wasn't quite ready for yet - PS, pictures, school list - but it's done for now. Does anyone else's committee require this stuff and then not even interview with them?

I'm glad I don't have a committee at my school, it does suck though if you don't have your letters... A buddy of mine just realized that he's needs a non-science letter and he doesn't know where to get one.
