So I just ate a big slice of pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut, with extra cheese and all. And then I stopped by Dunkin Donuts and grabbed a glazed donut. Now I'm back in my apartment typing this up.

im trying to take in about 3500 calories a day... so hard for me to gain weight.
 
i wish i cud eat anything and everything all day long and remain the way i am now

amen, sistah. only i exercise like it's my job, so i'm at like 1500-1600/day.

I'm not crazy like lukkie, but I take in a good 2500 a day.

Ha, no. Why would I want to lose weight if I was 90 pounds? Trust me, Blue, I know what I'm doing. There was a point in my life where I ate less than 1000 calories each day. That was unhealthy, this is not.

Did you suffer from anorexia nervosa before, if you don't mind my asking?
 
i dnt think i've ever counted the calories i take in

plus with the indian food
i cant measure how much is in there

if you have a hard time gaining weight, cut out cardio (esp at 3500 calories, you should atleast see strength increase all over if you do your deadlifts and squats)

Why don't you just eat whatever you like? Screw what others think about your weight. Maybe it's because I'm a guy so I can say this easily.:shrug:
Life's stressful enough for us pre-meds without having to worry about what to eat and what not to eat.
