It varies with each school, penn state for example would probably not allow that as a non-sci...others might. Best bet call/email each admission office and just ask. Id recommend email so you have some sort of record

i don't remember exactly. he submitted within the first day or two, so it should have taken 0-24 hours, but it took days. maybe a week? i don't know. check the verification thread, i guess.
