UCSF is my dream school. i don't even think harvard could pull me away from it.

yeah i got a secondary, but still waiting on my LOR's to get into the Career Center

haha did 3.5 secondaries this weekend and felt like a champ...til I get on here and see that folks pump out 3 per hour 🙂

spent waaayyy too much time at Jordan Lake with the rents today--sporting the lobstah look over a screendoor tan. W00T summer!

gtown is long but its only one question!! i would say do that one first..im hoping to do umd tommorow..and tcmc tuesday =)
 
so i was just working on a spreadsheet for my job and i dozed off for a few minutes and i had this REALLY intense dream about getting accepted in july to some med school i hadn't applied to. university of manhattan or something. it was on the upper west side right near where my old apartment was. they called me and asked me to come there, and i did, and they said "we know you didn't submit an application but please come to our school" and i was so excited. i think i fell down on the floor crying. then i woke up.

what's hilarious is that i'm taking this way less seriously than anyone else on this thread! i am pretty far behind... i had a productive day yesterday but i still have like 4 essays that i need to write that i'm just... not doing. i'm taking my sweet time with these-- my committee letter isn't in yet.

so maybe this is my subconscious' way of telling me that i should be more uptight than i am? meh, i'm just gonna keep doin' the doin'
 
also-- i just wrote a facebook note for the first time. it was weird.
 
So tomorrow is finish Maryland's and VCU's secondaries day.
I wonder if I'll get any more this week, because I only have 5 left that I definitely know I'm getting.
I'm not a fan of schools that don't screen but don't have their secondary up until August. cough... Emory cough...cough...
And everyone should watch that show on Animal Plant "Monsters Inside Me" - it's really cool if you like parasites like I do.
 
i wish i had theirs..they sent me something that they are screening so I will get it in the future if i dont get screened out..we will see =( since im instate i hope i receive some love from them..does anyone know what their numbers are for screening?

and also..i feel like i am complete for a lot of the school because i have submitted everything in..but we arent considered complete until they acknowledge us..is that right?

wait no i lied!! i just see that it says they have verified something..weird..last time i opened it..it said something compltely different...im so confused..does vcu screen?

hey simran, check your status page...they didn't send me an email it just said i passed the screening or whatever and i could access the secondary.
 
thanks sdguy! i just realized..i guess vcu is gonna take priority now since its in state for me. =)

i only have 4 secondaries so far. slow coming. or maybe it's just my small number of schools. still thinking of adding a few more (michigan, indiana?)
