One of my buddies who also happened to be my neighbor was at home one day cleaning his gun when his brother and some of his friends got there. My buddy had just stepped away from his gun for a minute to grab something from his room when some nitwit picked up his gun off of the coffee table and started waving it around... Well, needless to say, it went off blasted a hole straight through the wrist of the guy sitting next to him, the sliding glass door, and almost through a 1/4 inch steel banister guard on the balcony...

Anyway, no charges were filed against anyone...

I'm actually staying with LET, ya know the MS1 who posts in the Vandy thread. And it's central. The other questions I think you know the answers too. 😛

The ones with one transfer are like around $350/$400ish but most of them don't get me there until 11pm (stupid time difference). From visiting New Orleans the few times when my brother was an undergrad at Tulane I know it's not safe for a 21 year old girl to be wandering around alone by herself so I guess I'm just gonna suck it up and spend the extra $$.

I'm not sure which region you're coming from, but have you tried looking at Jet Blue or Southwest?

for some reason. i dont really feel the need to have a mock interview. then again, i'm always calm and relaxed when it comes to this stuff...doesn't mean i won't suck though.

what did you do in it? i need to decide if its something I need to pursue.



Also, if i submitted my primary to a school, but am no longer interested, do you think its necessary to tell school? no secondary submitted.

i did exactly what it sounds like-- i "interviewed" for med school. i didn't do it because i'm not calm and relaxed. i did it so i could get feedback about my answers. basically, the "interview" lasted about 35 minutes, and then we debriefed for about 30 minutes.

u dont have to tell them anything. I personally didnt do a mock interview...i just dont think its needed? Maybe ill regret it after my 1st interview later lol.

lots of things. the overall impression i gave-- body language, affect, etc. the content of my answers to the questions (this is what i most wanted to get feedback on). the usual.

just slack and get B's that shouldnt be too hard! Thats what i did this summer and will do next fall...take some **** p/f too haha.

lol dude you have like what 5 interviews already im sure you are going to be fine. I think u are graduating this fall like me yah? If thats so then its really fine. Even if u got all Cs next fall it still probably wouldnt change your GPA all that much. I know it doesnt do much if anything to mine.

because even if you end up with like a 3.0 or so next fall...if its your last semester its not going to harm your GPA since you said you wanted to slack again! Now if you have an entire year of classes to take, one year of slacking might not be so good, know what i mean? Or you could just stop being lazy😛

I know what you're saying. I have 2 semesters left so I'm going to do my best this semester (of course, who knows with the traveling) and then probably do some slacking in the spring. Maybe a Pass/Fail, who knows.
