Yep. I know it's billed as a post-workout drink, but it's not really optimal. After a workout you want a fast digesting protein (whey is the common one). Muscle Milk is full of casein, which is slow digesting over a long period. It's good if you're just trying to gain weight, but not good right after a workout (well, it's OK, but not the best).

Exactly what he said. Muscle milk is perfect before you go to bed, but any casein/dairy based product post-workout is no good. Go for whey+water+dextrose within 15 mins

All the guy did was score the game winning touchdown and point his fingers in the air! The new rules basically say "don't show any emotions." Heck, when I got my MCAT score, I pumped my fists and yelled "YES". That would've been an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the football field 😕
