Not impressive, but still getting it done.

I cannot believe next Saturday when the Saints play the Cowboys, I have to go to a freaking wedding. 👎

I'm really not a fan of non-Sunday football, though. I enjoy Thursday night football (would prefer to be on national TV even though I get NFL network), but Saturday night football is just dumb unless it's playoffs.

Payton said as long as 16-0 is a possibility, players won't want to sit.

Plus, our defense is so banged out that most of our players are sitting anyway, albeit involuntarily. :laugh:

The only thing that interests me about this whole Tiger saga is how long he will be out from golf.

You would think he'll be back for the next major. He wouldn't jeopardize his career that much.
 
i actually don't think he'll be back for the next major. but if he comes back, i'm pretty sure he has to be at his best game

That could be from people wanting to show off from their interviews or just douches about what they think is bad and posting there.

I agree. It has to actually be good to post it there.
 
does UNC have like baby blue scrubs? Does Duke have like the dark blue ones? any school have any non-blue ones? I think Miami has green ones.

I hate how many hospitals categorize the employees by what color scrubs they wear. I want to be free to wear any solid color I want.

Plus, I don't want to be forced into wearing the brown poo-colored ones. :barf:

i just got back from way too many hours of christmas shopping!
 
hmm we mostly got some stuff for a donation drive at my dad's school (he's a teacher). it was for one of those christmas tree things that has ornaments with names/gift requests on them.

it was really difficult to find rollerblades, actually...so we drove around for a while on that quest. we also got some boy's clothes and one kid asked for a camera, so we got him a reasonable one from walmart.

hahaha and we also managed to nab a zhu zhu for my sister!
 
I need to be doing something productive but I'm not.

My list:
Ask for Saturday and Christmas off from work
change strings on my guitar to take pictures and then sell
begin work on my loi for Baylor
 
haha yea that guy was serious

dallas lost last week, will lose this one, will lose against the saints, and hopefully against the redskins

We don't have any browns, but the ER scribes wear dark blue, residents wear green, ER techs wear green... I think pretty much everyone wears green here. Nurses wear whatever they want.

That's the dumbest thing he's done. The only way people are going to start to forget is if he keeps playing (Kobe, for example).

I can't remember the exact dates, but he's now more popular than ever. A lot of people don't even remember that whole incident.
 
Ugh, I am sick and tired of the Avatar previews. I'm actually glad that it comes out this Friday so it can shut the hell up.

I'm starting to get nervous about Tuesday, when VCU decisions come out.

Have you actually seen a full trailer yet, or just stupid teaser-trailers? The movie looks interesting but I have no idea what it's about.

Whenever I watch the NFL on Fox, they have a full trailer where they explain the whole thing.

The plot is so cliched. It's the action/sci-fi equivalent of She's All That.
 
Ugh. I am lacking the motivation to study for Macroeconomics. I wish I was done with finals already.

The difference here, though, is that Kobe's thing happened during the offseason, during June or July. It's not like he had anything else to do at the time. I'm sure in order to make his marriage work, Kobe put in a lot of time over those first couple of months trying to do whatever it took to make it work; I find it hard to believe Tiger would have the time to do that if he didn't drop everything.

Plus, Kobe had a contract with the Lakers so he didn't have much of a choice, while Tiger is his own man. And it's not like anything Tiger was going to do between now and the Masters was going to matter anyways.

I mean, yeah, the only way America's going to forget is if he wins, but if getting his wife's forgiveness is really his number one priority right now, America's gonna just have to wait.
