Whoa. Just whoa. You see such cool stuff.
he told me that if I do not see "it" when he puts up the images...I'd owe him a dollar. that thing is hard to miss!
But I don't work till 11 tomorrow so I'm not setting my alarm. Atleast that's a win?

And oh my goodness.... that's unreal.... did he explain the phenomena to you?? Crazy...
Well I figured it out on my own but he confirmed...they must have left an opening in her skull bone and dura (but CF didn't leak so hmmm)...and when you blow your nose you are putting pressure on open spaces all over your body...including places in the head and since inside the skull is a nice soft and movable brain....that is a perfect storage space for extra air 🙂 lol

I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something

God this is such a good movie.

I'm very sorry to hear that. 🙁 I hope he/she went in peace.

I've actually been thinking about this lately. I think everyone can do more of this.

Definitely. Not just when you walk out the door. Just whenever... I'd like to commit to doing this. And you can't do it out of fear of what the future holds, you know? You gotta show love and appreciation for what you already have.

I hate when things get put in perspective after a tragedy. That's not the way it's supposed to be.... but it's hard not to take this life for granted sometimes...

ridic

and weak sauce.

cbus public schools didn't close after over a foot of snow. dumb move. i'd like to smack whoever made that decision upside the head...

i think it has to do with 29 inches of snow last week and the 15+inches today that came in the morning/afternoon

and 65 inches of snow total so far, we are like 10 million dollars over budget for snow removal

lol of course. yeah, they need to get that shizz figured out. dc is literally a white out.

yea my friend there told me the gov't was closed thursday friday saturday monday tuesday wednesday

Exactly. That's why I think it's stupid to hold grudges against people or hate on people for stupid things. Life's too precious for that stuff.

Those kids in/near DC are never going back to school. Their parents better learn how to home-school fast.

So I go to work at TPR, right? And I'm talking to one of the other MCAT peoples and he proceeds to chastise me for holding so many acceptances. 🙄 "God, why do you need that many? Give your friends a chance!"

Hm. Sometimes it's hard for people who don't have tons of acceptances from awesome schools to hear that people have so many at really top notch schools. I get that you're waiting on other information, but I can also sort of see where he's coming from.

I understand what he's saying, but it's not like I'm holding on to them to feel good about myself. In the end, all the med school seats will be filled. I think I've earned my right to wait on the $ situation though.

:hello:

Night all.

Stereophonics are pretty great. I just discovered them because of their ending credit song on Crash.

I used to love Papa John's. I don't eat much pizza nowadays.

People who live in/have been to NYC: have you guys been to that pizza place near the Brooklyn Bridge? It's supposed to be incredible and there's always this super long line going out the door and down the street.

I'm not a huge Papa John's person either. I like good local pizza places better.

👍 I hate Papa John's - their cheese always tastes rubbery and moldy to me.

yeah, the best pizza usually isn't from the chain stores.

As far as the chains go I like Pizza hut the best, Little Cesars the least.

I used to like Dominos and Pizza Hut equally, but now with Dominos new stuff I like Pizza Hut the best. There just aren't any near me, plus I don't like ordering pizza.

Love California Pizza Kitchen's Buffalo Chicken pizza, but that place is $$$$ for pizza.

The one on the Brooklyn side? I think I've eaten at the one you're talking about, The pizza was very good, the line was ridic though.

im not a huge pizza guy but i think papa johns is better than the others

the new dominos isn't bad - the crust is like breadsticks and the sauce has a lot more flavor

plus its dirt cheap cause they want everyone to try it out...like 2 medium 2 toppings for 5.99 each...bargain!

Is all New York pizza that stupid thin crust folding slice style?

Because I hate that.

I don't like that style either.

Here's a pizza from my favorite place:

That looks like a quality pizza from a local place. You can just tell the difference between those and delivery, no matter how good the delivery is.

I tend to like DiGiorno and Freschetta oven pizzas a lot, too.

I love New York style...so good! Except when you fold it and the grease runs down it like a funnel...not so good.

I really want to dry some genuine Chicago deep dish. That would be awesome. Unfortunately, in Nashville I haven't found any.

I don't know what it's called and I don't know which side I was on . It was on the side with that ice cream shop like right on the river. I stood in that really long line. That ice cream was also supposed to be incredible, but it wasn't all that great and it was expensive too. I'm totally content with my Haagen Dazs.
