Curling's really cool, but I fail to understand how it's an Olympic sport. 😕

i thought the email said interviews would go out in mid-march? that's pretty exciting if they are on top of their game and get them out now though

There are a lot of sports in the Olympics that you can say that about. However, unlike mogals, cross country skiing, luge, skeleton, bobsled, and a bunch of other sports, at least every curling match is different. Take 5 bobsled teams, put them in the same uniform and in sleds with the same color scheme and there's almost no way to tell the 5 runs apart from each other.

Supposed to hear from OSU early in the week and NYU by the end of the week :xf:

Edit: If I get into OSU my app cycle is over

if i get a facebook, i would have to friend mad people or some close friends or family might think i defriended them a back ago. i am way too lazy - maybe around may or june when i quit work and have even more free time

:laugh:, didn't update them as much as i could have, but those were great.

back when facebook first came out, it was pretty fun to upload photo albums and name a set of bday pics "birthdays were the worst days, now we sip champagne when we thirstay" and then caption each individual picture with something ridiculous

but facebook began to be way too big and creepy in 2007

i used to deactivate, but when i graduated i went to perm. delete (took me a while to find it, its under your accounts or something). so nah, nothing - which is good cuz you can't google search me and have my name linked to someone's facebook anymore.
