I'll be in, even though I'm not a huge baseball fan. 👍
This will give me some form of sports enjoyment over the summer besides the World Cup.
 
Breaking Benjamin concert tomorrow!!!! 😀 and 3 days grace/flyleaf

I shall skip my last class to get a head start on preparing. I figure a good way to avoid driving to the concert is to get drunk before everyone gets to my apt and decides who drives. That way I can be like "I can't drive, I'm drunk."
 
I might be down. Not usually a fantasy guy, but I love me some baseball!

I'm jealous. I'd love to see BB and 3 days grace. I couldn't see them the day they came to MA
 
I'll play baseball. Not a huge fan (except for my red sox) but I have more interest in it than basketball, haha.

I actually had tickets the last time they came to Baton Rouge, but I had an Organic test that night. 😡 I really can't professors that think their class is so important that they schedule them outside of class and not even at the student's time choice (i.e. computer).

I can't wait to see BB, their new CD is actually one of my favorite CDs ever.
 
i try to eat healthy. really, i do. but then my roommate makes cookies and it's just rude to not eat any.

I'm all about that! I've been good at limiting myself to only two single-yoinks from the candy bowl at work per day. It's hard because the bowl is RIGHT in front of my face...and those mini hersheys call to me. I was doing poorly at it before, and it was hard to budget a handful of chocolate into my calories for the day! >_<
I'm back to working out also...but only a few times a week. Hopefully, admitting that will force me to feel more guilty if I skip a day! ^^;
I'm only 8 pounds from my major goal. Then I want to lose 23 more pounds (aaaaagh so much to go and I only have until July!) I've really come a long way, though. At least we know what we're asking our patients to do when we tell them to lose weight and get in shape for their health!! >_<

I'm getting off of SDN at 2 to finish studying for a test, no matter how exhilirating this conversation gets. I know serious ****'s going to go down tonight, but I gotta do what I gotta do.
 
at the pace this thread has been going recently, i'd be surprised if this thread didn't lull you to sleep before 2am instead

Alright, I'll make the league pretty soon if no one has any objections.

Since I made the league and randomly got the first pick last time, someone else who isn't playing can draw the names out of a hat, post them here, and I can manually enter the draft order.
 
as much as I like baseball, I don't know if I could handle a fantasy season as long as the baseball season is.

I could do the draft randomization, though.
 
What a crappy morning. It's raining outside, and I got deferred at Ohio State. And I'm expecting a waitlist at Vandy any day now. And my state is probably going to close down the 4-H club.

tat why do you think you're getting rejected from emory (sorry if this is a bad question - i've been busy and mostly away from sdn and i don't know too much about the emory decision process). could it be that no news = no rejection (at least not yet)?

lstone i hope things work out - you're probably the most patient person i've seen on sdn! i admire that

Ugh, I'm quite tired of it raining every other day and being windy w/ 38. Ready for spring.

Hopefully your new strategies will lead to improved grades. Man this keyboard at work sucks. I can't type.
 
haha met you'd die in boston, it gets dark at like 3 pm during winter (i.e. ~5 months). that is to say, it gets dark at 3 pm if it hasn't been dark all day because of snow/sleet/rain.
