man, the temperature differential is so high these days, it's always 25-30 degrees between the high and the low, been like this for over a week, and gonna be like this for quite a while longer.

Today was like consistently 85 and sunny. Luckily the humidity hasn't quite kicked in yet.

Supposedly April and May were going to be cooler than usual. 🙄

I don't like that because I'm sometimes on campus from 8-3, so it's cold when I leave in the morning but hot when I get out.

If this whole passing acceptances thing actually worked, I'd have a very tough decision on my hands. :laugh:

I think I would pick UCSD over Yale or WashU, but I don't really know much about any of the schools. Does UCSD still have that crappy 8-5 class schedule?

Because it's not as awesome as the east coast? Duh. You guys are gonna sink in the ocean anyway, or break off and join Hawaii.
 
I hate when Californians talk badly about people that live in hurricane areas when so many of them live on top of a giant fault line that could quake at any moment. Talk about hypocritical. Plus you can see a hurricane coming for days.

I don't talk bad about them, but on average they do way more damage than earthquakes. Most earthquakes we don't even really feel. The last one that was really big and did a ton of damage was in 1989.

Approaching 4am...I expect met and blobby bob to leave very soon. Oakland is sober tonight so he might stick around. JJ, I have no idea what goes on with you.
 
I think blobfish needs an Extreme Makeover. The looks are really turning people off. Maybe blobfish is like the Beast, and a handsome prince is hidden underneath. There's still hope blobby bob!
 
I suppose we can view it as a test to see if people truly care about what's on the inside* or judge purely based on the outside

*side note, on the inside: more blobbiness

long night. just had my one and only patient pass. then sent my coworker home with a kidney stone. now I'm all alone in the unit for another 8 hrs. creeeeeepy. :scared:

Your lack of the active green button thing confuses me, as does everyone else who doesn't have it on. Like dingy comes in from nowhere and I feel like he lurks until someone says something interesting, which is why we're rarely on at the same time. :laugh:
 
Well this has been a productive night. I have class from 11am-7 pm tomorrow. And Wednesdays are even worse. Senior year scheduling FAIL.

sounds like fun, i'm laying in bed realizing that i'm gonna have a crappy day tomorrow.

mid-east hist from 8 am to 10am, break from 10am-12am, orgo lab test from 12-1, anthropology from 1-3, physiology from 3-5. lucky me.
