Class of 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
this one specifically is fun to do but pretty worthless other than the entertainment factor. you basically pick which personality type you want to be because the questions aren't really disguised. not to mention the extreme forced choice is just annoying and also has its psychometric downfalls (sorry for gibberish, the myers-brigg test is just silly from a professional standpoint and it gets my goat).
yeah, i think it's hilarious when someone takes that test, answers a bunch of questions about what type of person they are and then looks and the results and says "wow! they totally figured out what type of person i am!"

whoa really, the whole reason i found out about this thing was because i stumbled upon an INTJ message board. yes, there's a whole website and an active message board for INTJs!

so that piqued my interest and i decided to find out what type i am and if theres a message board for that. unfortunately the answer is no 🙁
INTJs would have their own message board 😛

Are you serious?? I may have to take a look at this. What's the website?

google it, i think its one of the first to pop up. i was actually searching for "something provocative" in response to a question floatie asked last night, and that forum came up.

i did try to take my time and answer the questions as i am rather than as how id like to be, although i was definitely a bit annoyed by all the either/or questions. i wish there was a neither option.

better that than horoscopes  although i find my sign description to be particularly accurate :scared:

i'm ISTJ, the duty fulfiller. apparently so was george washington (washington, washington, six foot twenty, killing for fun*)

*i hope you've seen this video because if not i just sound crazy

you're the ideal test taker then - taking it without a purposeful intent to distort answers. many don't approach it that way and its part of the reason why its a horrible test. poorly constructed. imagine how to score a test w/ a bunch of neithers. silly myers and briggs.

I passed. 🙂

of course you did! Congrats. 😀

Wikipedia says Einstein, Darwin and Thomas Jefferson

you're right Dingy, nobody worthwhile. you're doomed. lol.

oddly enough, my favs are the fortune cookies messages. so vague yet fitting. my last one said, "a bountiful financial gift is coming your way."
lolz. i hope so!!!

after extensive (read:1 minute) googling, specialty "fits" for ISTJ include:
dermatology
ob/gyn
family practice
urology
orthopedic surgery

iiiiiiinteresting

my scores were something like 11 11 12 22, i guess P was my most obvious trait?

i wonder what the most ominous fortune cookie you could get would be

probably something like "i hope you have life insurance"

turns out...Pimm's Cup is not very good for sore throats but it sure is tasty 😀

I'm INTJ also... there was a thread with a poll on this a while back, and INTx won by a large margin. Makes sense, as we are a pretty self-selected group... not just the pre-med part, but the whole forum-posting aspect as well. 😛

Yeah I remember that. Some of the supposedly rarer groups like INTJ are way over-represented on SDN.

I know INFPs are more likely for cancer and ESTJ and ISTJ I believe are more likely to get heart problems.
