last time we moved up for a rb was when we got kevin jones, that didn't pan out very well. they never learn.

Best doesn't even seem as solid as Kevin Jones was back then, but he has greater potential. We'll see. It's kind of like Percy Harvin for the Vikings last year, and that turned out well.
 
IF Okung pans out then Seattle had the best draft by far. Unfortunately, Okung has the bust potential due to playing in the spread and not being able to move his feet whatsoever.

We have Aaron Brown who was drafted last year as a speedy type back.

Also, our defensive coordinator said Zack Follett should start or he will kill him. Zack Follett was a 7th round pick last year who barely got any time at OLB. Also DeAndre Levy is going to start at MLB. And these guys think they are making progress.

According to ESPN they got the next Troy Polamalu.

I think all the Cornerbacks in this draft are highly over-rated except the Alabama guy. None of them had a lot of pics and most of the pics they got were off of terrible throws.
 
Teams reached waaaay too much on DT (Jacksonville, cough) and OT. I was even thinking Ciron Black would get drafted in the 1st round with the way people were reaching for random O linemen. :laugh:

Word. Sometimes I feel like I'm making something out of nothing, and I know it's a ridiculous tourney, but the competitor in me just tells me that this is so wrong.
 
Yeah, I also think Brandon Graham was a huge reach. He was not the best DE in the draft, but I think Lamar Woodley's success with the Steelers made Philly want a Michigan d-lineman.

So my buddy got a 41 on the MCAT and he is in my physiology class and he said that our final was harder than the MCAT. FML. There's no way anyone in the class got more than a 70% on that final, it was impossible.
 
I feel like threads on pre-allo have been especially boring lately. There's usually at least a crazy-ass one to keep me entertained, but alas, this has not been the case.

Oh! I do have a strange dream to share from the other night.

All of my med school classmates and I board a bus along with our belongings and it was like we were going to summer camp. It's pouring rain. We get to the school, which is integrated into this huge-ass hospital with glass windows everywhere. We go to our first lecture. Professor starts lecturing, and then all of a sudden starts beating one of the students up, who turns out to be her daughter.

I run from the back row and shove the professor off. I put her in a headlock (which I probably can't do in real life) and wait until security guards arrive. And then I get in trouble for attacking the professor.

What does this all mean o wise ones?
 
I had another one today during my nap and people were spreading an infectious disease by wiping their nasty hands on everyone around them. I sped away with another person in a car. It was also pouring rain.

I have a lot of end-of-the-world dreams...
 
I have this recurring one where animals come out of the ocean, whether they're sea creatures or not, like there was a polar bear and elephant strolling onto the beach. This whole tsunami/hurricane/power outtage thing happens and then people end up playing with the animals and I'm all WTF.

Yeah, we're going to reach 100k at the beginning of May, first or second week. I think it was earlier this week or just last week that we were at 90k.
