the cleveland management is so stupid. they just rack up washed out "name" players like the mavs and expect to improve? how did that work out for the mavs over all these years? why would they expect different results? you need to build a TEAM, with players that complement each other, not just rack up "stars" who are only stars cause they put up good offensive stats and don't actually help the team to win.

they've built all the parts around LBJ that he needs. The team is so deep it's ridiculous.

Jamison and Shaq, more Jamison than Shaq. They needed a bunch of shooters on the outside and a big guy who can play defense and shoot from the outside. This gives lebron the spacing to drive and kick. Kind of how Orlando built their team with a clear vision: Dwight in the middle with 4 shooters who play smart, if not great, defense.
