I activated my Case Western email today. Slowly, inch by inch, I am becoming a medical student.
 
So. sleepy.

This week is going to be long until I get my sleep schedule adjusted. That nap didn't help much

Also side note: Six flags, great adventure trip today. Rode rollercoasters a total of 18 times (in less than 6 hours; including a lunch break). My brain is mush. Feeling wooooozy. Good times 👍

Great Sentinel, that article made me feel LOADS better.

And I've been really wanting to go to an amusement park and get a rollercoaster fix. :laugh:

Yea; but I figure going into an MD program pretty much forces us into a decent income bracket. Well; assuming things go well 😀 We'll be paying off debts well into our old age... but theoretically we can still handle it. So at the end of the day; we don't have to worry too much. Just quite a bit :meanie:

And for the rollercoaster fix - you should've come w/ me obviously 🙂 It's the < 5 min wait time that was the best part.

Student loans= the devil. Scottrade lends me money at lower rates😱:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:.

Edit: interesting how "the student" is not a blame category in that article

that's because students are "kids" and therefore come under the "understandable stupidity" category

regardless of fault though; our generation is going to be the first one where a mass of people are going to have a mortgage sized payment without any tangible assets. I don't feel particularly sorry for them, but it's going to be bad for all of us when the typical high spending age group of late 20's and 30's isn't spending.

Congrats on the new beginning Sammich. Super early, though...I'll be twiddling my thumbs til August. And by that I mean thoroughly enjoying all the spare time I have while I still have it. Bwahaha...I still envy you.
