i've never heard of this beforeJust got back from one of my best friend's bachelor party...
Friday night: Dave & Busters. Got home ~ 3am.
Saturday morning: Up at 6 to get to paintball at 8-8:30 am. Played till 4. Still have welts on my arms from close quarters combat (<20 feet. Those building to building fights are fun, but damn some of them are too close for comfort!) It's funny how when you were body armor, you never get hit in the chest / back. I was kinda pissed that I was walking around in chest armor but never got hit there 😡 That thing's sorta heavy and restricts movement!
Sat aft/evening: Drove down to Atlantic City. Checked in at Tropicana. Dinner at Fornaletto's in the Borgata. Then clubbing at a few places. I watched as my friends gambled. Goofed around a bit... went to bed at 5am.
Sunday morning: Woke up at 6:30 am to drive up for sky diving. Jumping out of a plane at 13,500 feet = epic 👍 Couldn't breathe for the first 5-10 seconds because my body was like "WTF IS THISSSSS?!?!?!" Then I realized I could hold my breath for the whole free fall if need be (~1 - 1.5 minutes); relaxed and I could breathe again! 😀 (although when the wind's rushing at you at 130 mph, it's still pretty damn hard).
Got home at 4:30pm.
Now that's a weekend. The lack of sleep is good training for when I'm in residency I guess? I could do most things; but damn is it hard to drive... Had to do calculus and take breaks while driving to keep awake 👍 Especially since I'm still recovering from my 5 yr reunion @ Cornell last weekend
Epic and Legen...
wait for it
anyone buy anything exciting recently?
