Hopefully work doesn't kill me tomorrow. Toy Story 3 = my death

I will still wake up early and watch Netherlands-Japan tomorrow before work. Netherlands are one of my other teams.

Toy Story 3 was so ridiculously good, that i don't kno if i can watch another movie for a while. wow.

i mean, i know i'm a pixar fanatic...but dam. they outdid themselves.

anytime i see a post by penner....i cant help but think of this:

Hmm, last night was interesting. I knew there'd be lots of drinking in med school. But that was too much!

yea. i got some whiskey, a big gulp of coke from 7-11, mixed the two, and walked to cambridge. good stuff.

next 4 years will be awesome.

The only game I got to see today was the first game, and it was boring. I got off work early today! Now 2 days off.

I think I might try and start working more often so that I can quit sooner. I'm so through with this job. 5 years is way too much.

To continue the conversation with myself, I'm pretty sure that I've decided against NYC for my vacation this summer because it will be too expensive once I actually get there.

Does anyone have suggestions for TN/NC Smoky Mountain vacations?

i got ****ed up and ended up chasing bunny rabbits outide my house

bunniea are so ****ing hard to catch yo

Yea I've done this. Although I was neither high nor drunk. I use this as an example of why it doesn't make sense for me to do either; since I'm obviously an idiot even without getting external help. Those rabbits move FAST. And they jump side to side too; almost rolled over a couple of times.

:hello: from the other side of the world

:hello:

Wandered into the Step 1 forum. I will now be looking for a new pair of underwear.

Just got back from one of my best friend's bachelor party...

Friday night: Dave & Busters. Got home ~ 3am.

Saturday morning: Up at 6 to get to paintball at 8-8:30 am. Played till 4. Still have welts on my arms from close quarters combat (<20 feet. Those building to building fights are fun, but damn some of them are too close for comfort!) It's funny how when you were body armor, you never get hit in the chest / back. I was kinda pissed that I was walking around in chest armor but never got hit there 😡 That thing's sorta heavy and restricts movement!

Sat aft/evening: Drove down to Atlantic City. Checked in at Tropicana. Dinner at Fornaletto's in the Borgata. Then clubbing at a few places. I watched as my friends gambled. Goofed around a bit... went to bed at 5am.

Sunday morning: Woke up at 6:30 am to drive up for sky diving. Jumping out of a plane at 13,500 feet = epic 👍 Couldn't breathe for the first 5-10 seconds because my body was like "WTF IS THISSSSS?!?!?!" Then I realized I could hold my breath for the whole free fall if need be (~1 - 1.5 minutes); relaxed and I could breathe again! 😀 (although when the wind's rushing at you at 130 mph, it's still pretty damn hard).

Got home at 4:30pm.

Now that's a weekend. The lack of sleep is good training for when I'm in residency I guess? I could do most things; but damn is it hard to drive... Had to do calculus and take breaks while driving to keep awake 👍 Especially since I'm still recovering from my 5 yr reunion @ Cornell last weekend

Epic and Legen...

wait for it

I had a pretty EtOH heavy Friday +saturday. Today me an one of my siblings met my parents and grandparents for lunch (fathers day).

and now I'm feeling wore out.

...DARY

yea Yoda - it was pretty awesome weekend. I don't drink; but damn were my friends drunk.

I think all wingmen perform better when they are inebriated 👍

hellooo

hope everyone had an awesome weekend! it sounds like sentinel did for sure!!

found a place to live🙂 (assuming i pass the credit check). it's a nice townhouse with big living spaces. the best part is they split the rent up by size of room and mine's the smallest (but still comfortably fits a full bed, desk, dresser, etc) so the rent is amazing for the area! they're not med students so hopefully it works out, but 2/3 of them are working at dr's offices and applying now to enter med school in 2011. i figure at least that means they'll be understanding of what i'm going through since they want to do it too. they seemed really nice and chill so i think it'll be good.

also, ran the hardest 5k ever on sat morning-who makes a 5k on hiking trails?! it also had mud pits, army obstacles, and about 1/4 mile trecking through waist deep water-so fun, but so challenging!
