Yea mine too. I can dance and party all night; but then now that I'm old... I have to sleep 12 hrs to make up for it 🙁

Alright 2014 legal team, I've been wondering...

I carry too much liability coverage on my car insurance policy, and I'm wondering how low I can go (while still meeting any state-mandated minimums). I know that if a claim is filed against me and the amount is greater than my coverage, they can theoretically come after my assets. If my assets are less than $10k (car value+student loan money sitting in the bank), but my liabilities are much more than $10k (if my student loan debt was to increase by...oh I don't know, $50k per year 😉), then my net worth is way in the negative. Can I still be stripped of my meager assets?

in before "why, did you just kill someone?"

Edit: And what about future wages/assets?

I'm no lawyer (yes, shockingly I will not be getting an MD / JD) - but yes and yes if I remember correctly - since you will be personally liable for any amount over what you are covered for. And that seems to be the standard way for people to get money from you if you don't have it right now.

Course they won't make you a homeless person (you can show financial hardship so you can live near minimum wage levels basically); but your future income can get garnished etc. I think.

Eh I see car insurance like health insurance - not something you want to gamble on. Because there'll be like one time in your life that you'll need it; and you never know when that's going to be 🙁

yeah I'm going into academic rads so it would help me to go to a top program, that's why I busted my azz on step 1!

went to NYC, that was fun. went to ruth's chris for the first time mmmm

switched where i'm living. now i'm back to living with my friend-her dad just aquired this awesome 2 bedroom that he's renting to us for ridiculously cheap!😀

been kinda sick 🙁 but the plus of that is i've lost like 10 pounds in the past week haha
