I went to school a block from the beach today. Sunny, warm, ocean breeze, pure awesomeness.

Besides awesome weather we have given you tupac, NWA (Yeah we started this gansta **** and this is the motha fuc__n thanx we get?), fish tacos, Rob Machado & his afro, hollywood, Kobe, phil jackson & the Lakers, the Dodgers, 49ers, MY Chargers, Lauren Conrads sexy legs, the USC Trojans, Reggie Bush's highlight reel, Tyra Banks, Rachel Bilson, Snoop Dog, Clint Eastwood, Andy Samberg (therefore I'm on a Boat feat. T-Pain), Tiffani Theissen, the setting for Saved by the Bell, Starbucks coffee, In & Out Burger, Jamba Juice w/ those little shots of protein/vitamins, chicks wearing bikinis in april-november, snowboarding & surfing in the same day, chicks wearing bikinis in april-november, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, & Tijuana.... 👍
 
whoa there on trying to claim phil jackson. if it wasnt for his airness and the second city phil jackson would be irrelevant. i went to school at the beach too, on the east coast. i could list things to equal or top your list, but i don't care that much. east coast speaks for itself... new york to miami says enough.

All New York says is over crowded, public transportation, and over priced rent.

All Miami says is damn it is humid in this motha fuc_a 😀
 
i've been to seattle, san diego, and vancouver and it was definitely all good, but there isn't the same electricity in the air that you can feel walking down a street in NYC

speaking of vacations, im planning a trip to VEGAS for memorial weekend, but its so damn expensive.

finding deals instead of filling out amcas....not to mention the app will be due like the day i get back..ahh

dude, that's a long stay in vegas if you're not getting back til the application deadline. that would be expensive. (only kidding)
 
happy birthday! whens the big 21?!?..yeah its hella expensive, but maybe a little cheaper here on THE WEST COAST b/c we can drive...well worth it though i promise

right now everything is too expensive. I hope I get in somewhere I like early in the cycle and then I can use my money to travel during my gap year.

Plus I just got a speeding ticket for $420, maybe you'll see me on speeders 😀

thats average here where i live, freeway tickets can get in the 700s
 
I did 43 in a 25 (double yellow line road btw) and a motorcycle cop was sitting there writing everyone tickets. Really lame, he caught me on foot haha (walked in the middle of the road and pointed to the curb). At least he didn't give me a ticket for my tinted windows (driver & passenger tint is illegal in CA). It is $370 w/ out traffic school and $420 with traffic school (plus I've gotta pay for the traffic school too).
 
you think thats bad? i got pulled by a cop on a bicycle! i couldnt believe it..she ended up being nice and letting me off on a stop sign ticket though (got me on tints and plates, but ill take it 🙂)

:laugh: yeah that sucks. I bet she was wearing shorts too.

I got pulled over on the freeway one time by a community college police officer. I thought he was a security gaurd b/c his lights and car looked stupid in the rearview mirror so I kept speeding. I had no idea a community college police officer could pull me over on the freeway and write me a ticket (and yes he was wearing shorts too).
 
My step-grandmother had to leave her sick husband (my grandpa) for a short business trip, and he began to get worse, so she sped all the way back to south carolina and ended up getting a $750 ticket.
 
sounds like a knock against the west coast to me. a speeding ticket like that here wouldn't be more than a couple hundred.

Ugh, I don't have enough room to add my activities in, any ideas on how to condense? Should I put one activity as "Club Involvement" and in descriptions add every club I was in and for how long, same by doing "Club Leadership" and listing leadership spots?

That really sucks.

I read an article about whether or not doctors should be allowed to break traffic laws, b/c patients lives may be at risk. I think they should. . . after 2015.

That's what it was. I don't think she even had to go to court, I think he was going to give her a higher ticket (this was in WV i think)

yes b/c typically clubs don't matter much anyway. don't waste space listing them separately.

Ok, any other ways to combine? For example, I listed my new mexico trip as non-clinical volunteering (service trip), should I describe my poster presentation there too instead of making a new addon for posters, same with my research, honors thesis, and poster together?
