Ahhh! So hard to play on SDN with my iPhone! At my family's place for Xmas and I've had to resort to iPhone browsing to see SDN. This small keyboard definitely makes me more of a lurker, but I thought I'd give posting a try.

Merry Xmas all!! So two things: 1) there's a little known fact about me - I used to play cs. In fact I used to be one of the best players in the world (played in a league and everything) and 2) holy crud that cole impersonator is getting vulgar. Posting nude pix... Srsly? Loops just realized I had a 3rd thing to say - Protagonistic!!!!! Nuff said. Oh and expect lots of "damnyouautocorrectesque" problems in my posts for the next few days (ie loops a few sentences above!)

Funny story about Battlefield 2, I have been trying to play that game for almost 5 years without success. First attempt, I bought the game 5 years ago, and I could play it because my desktop was not powerful enough. Second attempt, when I got a new laptop my sophomore year of high school, I tried to play, it wasn't powerful enough. Third and most recent attemp, I got a Macbook Pro for college, its powerful enough but the game isn't Mac OSX compatible -_____________-

Counter-Strike is like an early precursor to COD multiplayer, just spray and pray and everything will be alright.

And since I never answered the video game question. My favorite game in the last several years would have to be the MMO hubs and I have playes ince 2004, City of Heroes. In the last year, Mass Effect 2, no question, though it would probably be tied with Dragon Age if I had finished it yet (and that's a little more than a year old).

Merry Christmas everyone!!! I haven't been on here in ages!!!!!!!!!! Finals/ winter break pulled me away...but I missed all of you guys. I have no idea what has been going on, congrats to all who were accepted!!! And to those that haven't been accepted yet, I know it's on the way!!!

Oh and Cougs, my bf and I started watching Psych---I LOVE IT! 😀 Makes me think of you every time....haha

Hahahaha AWESOME! Did you start from the beginning? The inside jokes are pretty good. Not as good as How I Met Your Mother....but pretty good. Also, We missed youuuuu!!! How is life going?

Hey dude! I am guessing you are having some cycle frustration at this point. As much as we all TOTALLY understand that....this thread is not really about that🙂 You may have better luck in school specific threads. We are really just here for camaraderie and support. I'm not saying we don't know each others' stats, but we do because we are friends, It is kind of like going up to a girl you don't know and asking her bra size. Maybe she will tell you...but don't be offended if she doesnt😉 Whereas if you know the girl....she will TOTALLY tell you. You dig?

Did I really just say "you dig?"

As much as we all TOTALLY understand that....this thread is not really about that🙂 You may have better luck in school specific threads. We are really just here for camaraderie and support. I'm not saying we don't know each others' stats, but we do because we are friends, It is kind of like going up to a girl you don't know and asking her bra size. I have been super on edge about two of my schools lately (my top 2 probably) as I should be hearing something from them, hopefully--and hopefully positive--in the next month or less. Every time my phone rings I think it's the smaller one, which calls accepted applicants to notify them. I really like the four schools I'm waiting on.. I know that's a terrible thing to say but it's really true. I think the statistics that I don't get accepted to any of the four are approximately 5/6 (H) * 2/3 (P) * 2/3 (CC) * 1/2 (C) = ~20%, so 80% chance I get into at least one. Those are good odds right? 🙂

LOL. Whereas I must be the class oversharer, because I totally just offered it up.

Hell, I'd probably offer up my bra size since I lost some weight and went down a size (in band, not cup), woot! :laugh:

he doesnt have zee info cougs, you need the ratio of rejected/number interviewed at each of ur top 4 and then just multiply them together, which like he said gives u the percentage you wont get in at any. the remaining percentage is odds u will get in somewhere. but lets be honest, u'll get it at all of em.

:laugh::laugh: I think it's pretty easy to guess the bra size. And the stats depends.


Happy holidays everyone! I had a really amazing vacation. But it's pretty sad to go from sunny warm weather and sunbathing by the pool to shoveling a foot of snow out of my driveway. Alas, it was allll worth it. 😀

Plus, acceptance today!

Also, I love the bra size analogy Cougar. I can't stand when acquaintances ask me what my GPA and MCAT scores are. (No offense to the person who asked about it here.)

My entire Christmas vacation, I've been doing nothing but play Wii Mario Kart and Super Mario Bros, eat, drink, and be merry. Life is good.

1. Breakfast. Must be consumed at a greasy spoon diner. With bottomless coffee. Mmm... bacon.
2. Wal-Mart. Most of the big-box retailers, really... I feel guilty about not supporting local business, but out in the suburbs, they're the only game in town.
3. "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." And if we're allowed a TV entry, the finale of Doctor Who, season 4 (the new series).
4. Nowadays, it's Settlers of Catan.
5. I have a Snoopy ornament hanging on the tree somewhere.

7. I couldn't say off-hand. For a pet, it would depend on their personality. For a kid, well... that still feels like such a remote possibility that I haven't thought about it. 😳

1 - Anything carb-heavy. Preferably hash browns, with the accompanying fatty breakfast food.
2 - Walmart. Although, to be fair I live in the middle of nowhere and Walmart's kind of it.
3 - Hm... I'm not a big movie-crier. I can't remember the last one I cried at.
4 - Scrabble. I'm a nerd extraordinaire.
5 - No tree this year 🙁 Spent Christmas out of town.
6 - uhhh... I didn't watch much TV. Mebbe Scooby Doo?
7 - Oh god, not a kid. Hmm... I'd probably name a pet differently depending on what kind of animal it is.

1. I have never been so drunk that I've been hungover. That's probably sad. 😳

3. What Dreams May Come, Finding Nemo, Toy Story 3, Return of the King (SHUT UP!) My Sister's Keeper, Life is Beautiful... it's a lot easier for movies to make me cry since I had a kid.

5. With the exception of a rubber Rankin-Bass style Rudolph ornament Chicklet got from Grandmom the other day, we have nothing but plastic ball ornaments from Target on our tree, as they are Chicklet-proof. We usually have others but they are staying packed up for now. 🙁
6. Depends on how old I was. When I was REALLY little I loved David the Gnome and Mya the Bee.
7. A boy will be Alexander. We're not sure on a girl's name, but I like Julia.

1- fried chicken or a big breakfast biscuit
2- i'm not really embarassed of any where i shop, even if it is tj maxx or ross. i'm saving $$$ :laugh:
3-the only ones i can think of are blood diamond and good will hunting, it was more of a tear up than a cry. the book "where the red fern grows" had me balling my eyes out in fourth grade though.
4-scattegories or card games
5-any handmade ones from when me and my sisters were itty bitty.
6-rocko and teenage mutant ninja turtles
7-i'd get a female german shepherd and name her lucy.
