This season of My Boys has been really disappointing so far. I don't know if it is just that they have nothing left to talk about or if Jim Gaffigan's absence is really that huge. Either way, it is not my favorite comedy anymore🙁 So sad.


I'm going suit shopping today! Yay!
 
true blood and entourage started off super slow/bad this season but the last two weeks they have been pretty good. maybe the same thing will happen with my boys. i used to watch that show, but i haven't seen it in a while.

shopping sounds like fun. i might buy a new pair of sneakers this week.

i haven't gotten to feed the habit in a while because of a lack of funds, but that is going to change soon haha. i'm due for some air maxes.

big pharma, mad boring but can't hate on the chem eng pay.. just bought some fresh pumas last week, hollaaa

my girlfriend just graduated from uwash. she majored in chemE. she's going into obgyn. sorta crazy. I always thought she'd go into like rad onc or something. its true what they say about the exsposure of ward years.

Agreed. My phone lit up so I got anxious, but it was just from DSW Shoes "Fall means boots!". 👎 I deleted it with vigor.

This is probably what I'll end up trying to do if I don't go to med school. I realized last semester how boring cheme is tho =\... but with that much money, I could fully enjoy all of my favorite EC stuff.

Sunday's Entourage episode was really good. Finally something actually happened or there was some plot/character development lol. I think they can do a lot with this story line, so hopefully the writers and producers had the balls to pull it off.

i really don't like how scott is friends with everyone now though. they either needed to get rid of him or keep him for some drama with E.

Yeah, I don't get it either. They made up far too easy. I feel like they showed a clip too during one of the commercials that they never ended up showing in an episode, so maybe for some reason they edited it out or it'll be used later. Just thought of this now, but one thing that would make sense for his character and after his whole spiel about how Murray is done with and "they should run things", is if this partnership all a ploy to set up something really douchey or manipulative.

I made the mistake of giving my e-mail to Gap in Canada when I bought a pair of gloves. They woman was very persistent and I didn't want to give it, but she promised that it was for Gap anywhere. Nope, now I weekly get e-mails from Gap Canada, which is utterly useless where I am.

Dear medical schools,

I feel I am a strongly empathic person well suited for medicine. In fact, just the other day, I bought a bra just so that I can see what the experience can be like for those affected by double-X syndrome. The insights I have gained will be quite useful should I ever encounter such individuals in a clinic. In conclusion, LET ME IN!!

o no, stay positive haha, ive spent too much time in the school threads the last 3 days and my mood has dropped, im gonna stay committed to you fellow 2015'ers and only talk about bras, entourage and maybe bros too (anyone ever been 'iced'?)

School threads are bummin' me out too man... Trying to write stanford when I'm not getting interviews (at the same time as other SDNers) at less competitive schools is so hard.

true blood is almost over. i feel like every episode up til now could have been condensed into the first 3 episodes so there wasn't so much build up. i love it, but it's getting a little soap operay for me.

it's a nice experience. i totally had the ideas for the bra theyre talking about though. just like when the new biofit came out and i was unpackaging i was like WAIT holllddd up padded straps was TOTALLY my idea. wtf vs stealing my ideas.

true that, i think we were supposed to extrapolate that the only reason they all werent friends was because e's kind of p ussy and finally gave in and was nice.

That's pretty exciting. One of my friends was a visual arts minor and had a gallery for all of her works during her senior year. She was really happy to show all her friends why she had been locked up in her room for long periods of time. Also it really showed me that yes, I am indeed artistically challenged. :laugh: (Her works were pretty amazing though.)

I haven't swam in a looooooooooooooooooooooooong time. 🙁

I'm an art minor myself, and on Thursday we get to have a gallery opening with refreshments for family and friends. All the cupcake talk up in this thread makes me want to make cupcakes for it.😍

Too bad I already signed up for beverages.....story of my life. haha!

just got back from pizza hut lunch buffet, def did some damage to my situation.. now to watch the situation on jersey shore and then go for a run to repair my situation

just saw inception, came home checked my mcat scores. I DID 3 POINTS BETTER! my score might not be all that impressive for SDN, but i don't give a ****! I feel so much better!!!!!!!! PM if you want to know. I gotta run to work. WHEW!!!

Yeah. That's such a brilliant viral marketing campaign. My friends buy at least a 6 pack of ices every weekend simply to haze each other.

Ever ice anyone with a lukewarm passion fruit flavor ice? It's pretty awesome.
