It's cool man, you don't have to apologize. Best laid plans and all that. It's worrysome but we're just going to keep at it and figure it out when it happens. Hubster should be working from home full time by the time I'm in school, and he's even more confident that we'll work it out than I am.
Truthfully, I think newborns are pretty easy, nighttime feedings and the chance of colic or reflux aside. They don't really do that much beyond eat, poop and sleep, and they're so light. I would put on my Boppy pillow and let her eat while I played a video game, or read, or watched TV or goofed off on the computer. Easy peasy.
Older infants and toddlers, on the other hand, are friggin' maniacs. 30 pounds of fearless craziness. Chicklet is trying to climb on EVERYTHING right now, and she's a really good kid when her hellspawn attitude isn't coming out.
