I agree with the reviews that I read on RT. Good acting, albeit (purposely) melodramatic. Very creepy/twisted/scary sometimes, well done. Does kinda give away its own plot line as it goes. The dance scenes were fewer and less impressive than I thought they would be. Definitely recommended.

I think it's opening slowly in limited release, but I'm not positive. I think it's only in one movie theater (out of 5 or 6) in my area.

There is a scene in the movie that you will really like.
 
Grades came back... no C's and still able to get summa cum laude. But in one of our classes, even tho I got significantly (~10%) higher test grades than both of my friends, they both got higher grades than me (B and B+). That one class is pissing me off for that reason. Can't argue with him since technically he could have failed all of us.

I think its technically an indie film, so its being distributed by 21st Century Fox Searchlight Pictures (a kind of ironic deal.. but yeah its a division of Fox which picks up indie flicks from other production companies), and thus not playing at many theatres. Even here in NYC, its only playing at 3 or 4 locations I think.

It will probably start playing at more locations once Oscar fever builds up enough.

Haha yeah I def got my worst grade ever, shrugged, and kept watching my movie. At this point it's the home stretch anyway.

mmm....reading this post is not good for my appetite...hehe. Doesn't help that my neighbour made fudge and mexican wedding cookies for us...YUMMM! cannot stop eating!

I'm going to turn into Santa Claus...and Cougs, don't say anything about my current figure haha.

Le boyfriend and I made the most amazing dinner. Pan-seared scallops on a bed of leeks with a side of white asparagus. I'm bummed I didn't take a picture too, it was so pretty.

She is. I'm not. Hubster is probably next and I hope it hits him soon so he's not sick for Christmas Eve or Christmas.

Ugh, I still have so many cookies to bake and I am making two dishes for both Christmas Eve and Christmas (hell, I'm in charge of the roast beast for Christmas).

I really need to get on Gchat. I feel so out of the loop.

Haha, you never know, I had been checking the mail for a rejection. I'll instead tell them to send you an interview invite, preferably for when I'll be there. I feel like I'm the last to meet you.
