One can hope. I like that our version of "senioritis" has such a senior flavor to it...much like "senior discount," metamucil, prune juice (can't chew the actual prunes cause they pull out my dentures) and of course, Fixadent. How I wish that product worked better. Good luck with your finals...you really don't need to stress because the work you've done to earn your acceptance(s) will carry you through, as long as you show up for the exams.

I totally agree. Unless his only goal was to gain more followers on twitter, this was a major derp...the dude and the institution he represents just lost some cred on medzealot's streets. In addition to the failed attempt at an opinion, why out yourself as a one of the pseudo-lurking deans on this sight? Does me a favor knowing he's on here.

It does trigger my paranoid twitch. Anyone with the constitution to sift through 30 posts/day AND triangulate the info with their school's pile of applications could figure out who I am, but I certainly don't think I'm worth the effort. Should anyone try, I'd like to make it as difficult for them as I can.

Of course, half the people in this thread could shank my @ss at any time.

I feel you there. I just learned how to multiquote a few weeks ago. And by "learned" I mean clicking on the little multiquote button vs. typing in all of the quote tags, which I refused to do.

Lol fortunately not. That would've taken the SDS-is-srs-bidness to a whole other level.

I did want a little more anonymity. My MDApps plus the fact that my name was in my handle made it pretty easy to identify me. I figure by the time I get around to applying to residency most people that saw COTR either 1) won't be here anymore and/or 2) forgot about it.

True story, today I overheard a conversation between two elderly ladies, both talking about their favorite brands of prune juice. They were so srs, it was an important discussion. Then one of the ladies gave me a piece of cake left over from her Bible study last night. I love old people.

So, I decided I'm going to pick up a new hobby. Just decided today that the hobby is going to be rock climbing. I already hike, the goal is to not have to go around steep mountains anymore 😛.

I did start to wonder today while getting my daily dose of pre-allo herp whether all of this wasn't the feelings of entitlement I've heard characterizes a lot of this up-and-coming generation.

But yes, Cliff, you do deserve better.

after a better than expected night last night and no one being around tonight, it looks like i'll be having a lame friday night. thankfully, the playoffs are on. tomorrow night should be full of redemption though. two besties will be in town, hehehehe.

Yeah, tonight is a slow night for me as well. Recovering from last night. Probably just watching movies.

I haven't got a clue. Just caught up on some tv on hulu while doing a light workout. For now though, I'm seeing if someone contacts me back about the slight possibility of something happening tonight.

I'm thinking about browsing through Vudu or something. Recently, I have the hardest time trying to find a movie to watch. Do you have any suggestions?

This week's Community on hulu was an excellent choice after failing to find a decent movie.
