lol, look at this girl trying to act tough. She's probably from a nice suburban home, spoon fed everything, now acting like she owns the place.

WTF is Modest Mouse? It makes Mickey Mouse sound like a Flirtatious Mouse

And I can see the future, about 8 years from now, I'll be the chief resident somewhere, you'll be the attending. I know you'll try to give me all types of ****, but guess what? I know i'll be doing some serious pimpin' , all the ladies want me, including you.

sounds like a dysfunctional hospital to me.

Ha, I knew she couldn't handle the pressure. I win.

I'm peacing out.

But good luck on your test FlowRate.

And maybe even on yours FloatOn..........?
But make me a sandwich tomorrow when you're done though.

I'm sensing some 'tude here. I'm just trying to check in on you grasshoppers once in a while. Have your peep msb hook you up with Modest Mouse. He seems more courteous and cultured than you anyway.

And also, ladies like modest guys.

Claim someone else as your woman. I wouldn't want that title in a bajillion years.

Good night msb!

I hope you have nightmares tonight IV.

It's really cold in here right now, downright icy.

Speaking of sandwiches I had the best turkey sandwich ever today at a deli I tried for the first time. The honey mustard was to die for.

Good. We need more of that in society. I hate all of the "new school" candy coating bull**** that goes on. Work hard, play hard, don't take no **** from nobody!

Wow, there is a lot of drama in the middle of the night!

I'm trying to transfer to the downtown hospital and volunteer in the ER 😀

That would be awesome! I wish I had a little more time, because I would try to do something like that. It is one of the fields I am thinking about going into.

if only all girls were as chill as you curbs. i invite that girl over to cook with me and then she goes berserk! must be PMS or something

fun fact: bob marley's son, ziggy, wrote the theme song to Arthur, the awesome childrens show.

that show is also entering it's 14th season. love arthur.

That show is still on? I admittedly watched it well into tenth grade. It is a great show. I was jamming to some Damian Marley earlier today, btw.

Everyday before lecture in my Toxicology class the professor would play Zappa. He was a cool dude, but a super boring professor. Zappa was a good way to start the day though.

i remember waking up at the crack of dawn on saturday mornings to watch cartoons... no idea why we did that back then

i used to watch recess, arthur, rugrats, cat dog anyone?, i never really got into wishbone - all i remember is one episode where that guy couldn't do percents for his math quiz, so he got some special calculator but his mom made him learn it straight up.

zoom was a classic too, i was just recently seeing what those guys were doing now, the original cast is just about our age now, kinda interesting. I remember I was really into Alisa back then lol, but looking back, i have no idea why?

i never saw recess...? wishbone was awesome because you could do your book reports off them and the teacher thought you were reading classics in elementary school. zoom....i can speak the language they would speak in. what was the one about the lemur..zaboomafu? I LOVED THAT

k i just looked it up and it is quite embarassing that zoboomafu only began airing when we were 10. yes, i watched pbs. it was all that was on at 4pm.

recess was a classic too. i'll throw in rocko's modern life and doug.

has anyone seen the original Degrassis. They were AMAZING! haha. They're from the 70s or 80s, very canadian, and hilarious. Every Friday in 8th grade for the last 30-45 minutes of the day we would get to watch those shows.

Another great show is The Wonder Years.

wonder years is a whole nother level of tv. i cried so bad at the season finale when the dad died. also, i saw the main guy in a made for tv movie where he was this abusive bf who killed his gf and it scarred me for life bc i was like NOOOOO KEVIN ARNOLD WHAT ARE YOU DOING

just looked it up, the creepy movie is called 'no one would tell'

how is it that we can remember the COMPLETE theme songs for all these TV shows, yet the bio exam that we studied 20 hours for last week is already forgotten from our brains?

Fred Savage is a baller! haha. I have (had) the Wonders Years on DVD. I know I still have half of them but I feel like I lost the other box set of them freshmen year in the dorm.

We can relate a lot more readily to theme songs than the renin cascade.

because we know to only remember the really important things.

think about it, when we're 95 and rocking in our chairs for half the day, are thoughts of the citric acid cycle going to keep us going? no; there is a reason you see old people singing to themselves. they are singing old theme songs that they remember

Wow, it's like a hundred new posts everytime I log on. I've given up back reading. On a good note, I remember now what I was going to say yesterday! Does anyone here have any tattoos or plan to get any?

not as surprising as the fact that more than one power ranger went on to star in adult films..

I was reading something on SDN about transcripts today and I thought of a couple questions someone might know the answer to.

If I submit amcas in early June, I doubt my spring grades will be out by them. Does it matter if I send a transcript with grades up to winter quarter? When do we update grades?

What is everyone planning on doing?

I've got a couple and none of them are very professional (I didn't always want to be a doctor). Good thing they aren't visible through a suit.

Every few months I debate on whether or not I really want one. I wish I could get a "super" henna or something that would go away after like 5 years.
