Because I am a kind and generous soul, I will assume that msb's inability to comment on my feet directly (as opposed to all feet in general) is an acknowledgment that my feet rock.

Nope🙂 I feel very strongly that how you feel about your feet is intertwined to how you feel about your whole body. People disassociate from their feet in the western world...and I think it leads to injury. But that is a whole other topic🙂

hahaha im not obsessed, I swear! that pic was just for the fun of the finals

but yeah ive always loved him ever since i was a kid and he started playing....my main guy was MJ but kobe stole the spot


...even through the colorodo incident. I don't know if i can say best player ever but i dont think you can make that argument for any one player there are so many things that go into that, and its mostly opinion. either way, i can confidently say hes one of the top 5 greatest
 
i feel like i followed that trial way too much for a kid my age. i knew he was innocent. kobe is a stand up guy. granted, at the beginning of career his immaturity was a bit of a turn off, but i've always loved his game and he's definitely grown as a person.

You have no idea how much respect I give to that answer. I hear a lot of "Kobe's the best ever" and it's ridiculous. So your affinity for him is legit lol 🙂

Umm I'm pretty sure he admitted to having an "adulterous affair" with that woman, so that's not very standup. But I also think that if you're a professional athlete, the focus should be on what you do in the game. People look up to him and he's a role model, so he should carry himself knowing that, but he's human, he made a mistake, it doesn't play in to the conversation of his skills on the court.

seriously, show me a professional athlete that has not strayed, ever. it's not realistic. those guys have ridiculous temptation everyday everywhere they go. i'm not saying its justified or fair to their spouse, but the spouse is a fool if they dont think its a possibility. money+ power+ pro athlete= groupies.

yikes that's a big question. As I said, I'm more into college sports. So I'm going to be cliche and say MJ. If you look at overall lasting impact and performance, it's gotta be him. For our era.

yeah the impact was huge, and i can't argue against that. I might be overanalyzing things but there are aspects to his game that would make me think otherwise as far as best player.

good choice though haha cant go wrong with MJ
 
i was hoping you'd pull out an oscar robertson or pistol pete reference haha.

MJ is the most relevant player of all-time. No doubt when you're considering lasting legacy and global following.

back then, bball was nothing like what it is now. one superstar in the game and it was over. he could take 30 fg attempts a game. no zone defense. rare double teams. i respect what the oldies have done, but lets face it, they would never be that unstoppable if they were playing today

That seems true for so many sports. We just know so much more today about what the body can do and how to train it.

think about it like this... give dr. j and oscar a pair of jordan's and a first class flight with a 5 star hotel and then think about what they're numbers would be... they played in chuck's, rode buses and or ****ty flights, and stayed in slums in comparison.

yeah well i guess 30 years from now the game will be much different again. the nba will be filled with freak athletes because of all the new technology etc...

what do you guys think of that site? can anyone confirm the data with their MSAR ( i don't have one) its all free and has a bunch of info, but i wasn't sure if i can believe the avg MCAT scores and oos data...
