So I finally upgraded my phone to the 21st century, and there's so many things I want to do with it that I dont actually know what to do first. Crazy

It's been surprisingly mild so far this season. No doubt it'll get worse soon enough, but until then, I'm running on reserve character that I stored up from previous winters.

hmm let me see if i can help. gmail app, gchat app, fxcamera/hipstamatic app, yelp app, weather app, facebook app, cnn/bbc. also if you want games, cut the rope is worth the 99 cents. much better than that lameness they call angry birds. also, if you have swype functioning on your phone, you should try it out. i love it.

and seriously, gchat on your phone will render text messages nearly obsolete for you. 👍

My parents bought me a stethoscope as a grad gift. I thought it was funny, because never have I mentioned needing/wanting one. Also, this was before I even applied so it was kind of awkward. Happy to have it though 👍

And I think its fine to purchase a stethoscope so long as you've been accepted. Otherwise, you're just a gunner :meanie:

I had a stethoscope before I was accepted... that doesn't make me a gunner.

That makes me motivated... right? right?

Actually, my brother gave me that stethoscope, it's engraved with his initials, which are coincidentally my initials too 🙂

haha no! but I did eat like 2 whole cupcakes in addition to a humungous pork belly torta and hot chocolate. 😳 it was intense, i promise you.

Yeah, I don't think I'm going to pull the trigger on a littman cardio 3 quite yet, but I'll probably do it in the summer. What can I say? I'm bored. :shrug:

Dude, I am ready for med school to start now. Everybody says "Cherish your last days of freedom before med school." Well you know what? Those people clearly don't have boring-ass jobs that they work 40 hours a week to pay the rent lol. It's not like I'm going to go chill on my yacht all summer. I'm done with this 5#i7, let me at some books!
 
I caved. I'm forking over boatloads of money for New Years now. It's probably going to end up being $400 total, including the ticket, dinner, taxi, dress and shoes. 🙁
