honestly, i hadn't been to a H&M in years before going to that marni sale. i loved the one in london, but i think US offerings tend to be different. hit or miss. you get that with US Zaras and Topshops too though.

i think it's kind of a happy medium between forever 21 and zara. good for the early/mid 20's crowd 🙂

That's the saddest thing I've ever heard. My wardrobe is primarily Forever21 and H&M, plus whatever I can dig up at Nordstrom Rack and at discount designer websites like Hautelook.

I think the allure lies in the fact that I don't readily have access to it.

Kind of like Forever21--before it expanded to OK, I remember going to malls during trips in high school and only shopping at Forever21. Now, F21 is alright, but nothing extremely special.
